when
1) when I get so paranoid about the most minor stuff ...ugh. And to not think about stuff I also look for somethng to watch/do. Which leaves me really.....restless? Because I dont know what I wanna do...grr. Most the time, it's about health issues, whether its myself or my family/friends. Some times even the most ridiculous things like....my boiler exploding (the boiler in my room makes loud banging noise everytime someones uses the tap, though it fixed now..i think.) or the ceiling/floors falling through...(the pipes under my bedroom floor was only leaking.... sweatdrop *coughs* now fixed)
2) When I find it hard to socialise....and get annoyed when some people find it so easy to make friends. I think nearly all of my friends are friends through other friends....or the internet. Today, my mum told me and my brother to come to her factory to work ffor a few hours to get more experience for when looking for jobs. I pretty much only said hi (which was barely audible) and bye. (And 'no thanks' when this woman kept offering to make tea/coffee every 30mins o.o). Then afterwards thinks of a million ways that I could have said.
And 3) When I compare my fantasy/dream world to reality and find that life sucks which just make me daydream more and then comparing it more stare . Like when I feel stressed/lonely/annoyed and daydream of a place and made up people but then realising that thats not gona ever happen. oAo
-sigh-
Anyways, Happy Halloween guys. (1am here. I think...Need to figure out what time they change the clocks back...or was it forwards...?). ^^;;
On a comptely different topic. Anyone going/gone to see Harry Potter? Its out 19th Nov here. Im not sure if I want to watch in cinema.
- Thinking too much - Do you like reading fanfic? Long or short? - How inflation sucks and costs 3 times more to watch a movie.

I was gonna say it seems like you're just thinking too hard about things, but it looks like you already realized that. Don't worry, everyone has those moments where we think too hard about things that aren't going well in our life and then it seems out of proportion. One thing I've learned to do is anytime I think of something negative, I force myself to think about something positive or encouraging, hopefully about that same situation. For example, I feel bad that I'm still single, but then I remind myself that I can do a lot more single than I could with a boyfriend.
Concerning point #1, you may have an obsessive spectrum disorder. Like OCD, some people can't help but be constantly thinking about the worst things that could happen. Like I suggested earlier, remind yourself how unlikely these things are, or how things are more than likely positive.

But its harder during night/bedtime when imagination are more active....

I find real life sucks hard sometimes so I play WoW and just dissolve in the game until life gets better. Yay for friends who pay for WoW for me. razz
sad I like to write more than I like to read.
XD Inflation. Yes. For every ticket you buy you're paying for 3 other people who pirated the movie. *pirates it* pirate
I only pay for a movie if I've seen it online and know that its worth seeing in the theaters. :/ Grrrr. I'm not wasting 10 bucks for a stupid film that sucks. = 3 = Hmmmmmmm. The only thing I have to complain about besides stupid health (wut else is new there), is the fact that no one will hire me. I hope that once I have a car that will all change. >B) I will be available 24/7! And I will apply full time instead of part time. I barely work on my schoolwork anyways and I can do that and work!
And as Crim said: Try to see something positive about your life. For example. Tonight sucks. It is halloween, I dressed up and I'm all by myself. No trick or treaters. sad And I have a bunch of candy. On the bright side: I look cute, I get a bunch of candy. Score. lol
As for the bedtime thing. Get your hands on a mp3 player and some headphones, set up a bed time soundtrack and listen to the music as you imagine a story in your head. When I was younger I had an overactive imagination and so I fed it with music and made myself think up stories until I was so tired I passed out. XD I still do this.

1) I tend to worry about little random things a lot too, jez. I get really nervous on swingsets because I'm always afraid that they're going to fall while I'm on them, so I know where you're coming from with the paranoia thing. xd I just have to keep reminding myself that I'm being irrational and there's no reason for me to think things like that.
2) I feel the same way! You're like, channeling my recent life here, dude. I took stock of the people I talk to regularly, and besides Crim and one other friend everyone I consider a friend is someone I know through them or my husband. It's a huge bummer to realize that, isn't it? I felt all pitiful and stuff because I'm not good at starting conversations or introducing myself to new people. Once you get a job though that'll help. (I don't know why but I got the idea that you don't/have never had one?) If you want to get better at talking to people you don't know and that sort of thing, get a job in retail. 3nodding
3) I do that too... @___@; Nothing to add there, though. There's not much to do about it, really. sweatdrop
I hope I was some kind of helpful. >____>;
