Upon the news that Kazu-chan needed a break, Ara frown for several seconds before understanding that he was oing through a lot of chakra with his display of the techniques for both genin. "Okay." She simply put, looking over towards Siri-chan while she was caught up in her training. She didn't know exactly what the red head was doing initially, still very new to this world of hers she had apparently forgotten, but it seemed to require a great amount of focus and chakra control. After that, she perform the jutsu that Kazu-chan and showed her, along with a couple of techniques which allowed her to freeze the moisture in the air and turn it into ice, which Ara thought was pretty cool as well as guessing it was one of the bloodlines she had talked about. Her next step was creating actual crystals from the ice she had summoned, which only made the young Ara's aspirations to be as flexible as she was with jutsu to rocket upwards. She applauded Siri-chan, much like she had done to Ara, after she was finished with her training. Always good to encourage and keep the relationships in the village positive. Plus, maybe she could do stuff like freezing entires lakes or even the sea when she was more powerful! "Wow! That was great! I wish I could some something cool like that." Young Ara exclaimed as she glanced over at Kazu-chan in case he was ready to continue with their training again. "Can I make crystals and turn water into ice like you, Siri-chan?"

Serenity smiled and bowed to Ara. At her questions about being able to freeze things, she looked thoughtful, "You know, I'm not sure. It would depend on what your bloodline is. My father carried the Hyouton bloodline, which is what makes me able to create and manipulate ice like I did. My mother was the Crystal user, so that's who I got that ability from from. You'll have to figure out what your bloodline can do.... If you have one?" Serenity looked sheepish, she honestly didn't know too much about Ara. She hadn't been there for her introduction in the office, so she didn't know if she had any talents or bloodlines.

Ice created this way lays dormant- they are not attacks on their own. It should be noted that the ice can still be shattered or sliced by physical forces strong enough, one [1] rank higher as per normal. Kazurai admired all the training she was doing, she surely had the motivation in her. Both of them did well. Looking down at his sheathed sword he thought it about time he put in some training of his own. Not knowing a whole lot in the realm of techniques for his blades he figured it was time to focus his martial focus to his weapons oppose to his fists. Drawing his sword he walked to the sword section of the Dojo.

Looking at his katana in hand he looked over the appropriate styles that might best suit his ability with the sword, as well as his Midnight wake. Finding the style of the Shigure Souen, the sword of legacy. Appropriate considering hes looking to clear his name. Looking over the techniques he saw that the first several moves were less then challenging for his current experience with a blade. Feint a movement followed by a dash then a thrust. All very much so child's play.

The next technique required more of an elemental approach which was no problem for him. Gripping his katana's hilt he channeled some chakra into the blade as he swung upward, Expelling a bit of a flash of lighting to his attack. "Simple enough."

He read more about the devision techniques. These were not very much his style but at the same time he knew they had their value for rare situations he could pull them off. Thinking he could use water or lightning in this attack to cause the opponent to distance themselves, could very much so to make use of his long range ninjutsu.

Laughing some at the next technique considering it requires the user to kick their sword. Flicking the blade form his sheath he let it spin through the air till the tip was pointed outward. Jumping he did a spin kick, with his foot landing on the hilt of the sword, launching it forward into a wooden dummy. "If you say so." Walking up to the dummy he withdrew his sword from the wood and placed it back into his sheath.

Reading further he learned that he can learn to expect the opponents attacks by studying and mimicking their breathing. Once he syncs himself with theirs he will feel out any upcoming movements they would do. Thinking how he could do that for a moment. He would have to pay close attention to their lungs and chest respiration to pull that off.

Serenity turned from Kazurai and Ara, for the moment, after she paid her thanks to Kazurai for his teachings. She was grateful that he had taken the time to teach her, though she was a little suspicious on how he could teach her, as in already know what he taught, and still be a genin. She put the thought from her mind for the moment and focused on her bloodline jutsu for the time being. Serenity pulled out her scroll for her mother’s bloodline, and read it over. She made a mental list of what she wanted, and had access to at this point, then put the scroll away.
Serenity took a deep breath and focused her chakra. She made the needed hand signs, then gathered her chakra and focused on the jutsu. She watched, her ruby red eyes following, the formation of crystal as it grew. The crystal grew and grew, until it was large enough to encase a person, and was in the shape of a perfect sphere. [1/1] Serenity smiled as she walked around it, inspecting it for weak points, but there was none, only the general weaknesses that all crystals had. She dismissed the sphere and turned to her next jutsu.
The redhead gathered her chakra once more, but this time in multiple points. Instead of one large jutsu, this one was several smaller pieces. The crystal formed and slowly took the shape of razor sharp hexagons, that were perfectly flat, and well balanced for throwing. She had made five, as a training measure, but in a pinch she could create more on the fly; if she were out in the field. She took them, and threw them, one after the other, testing how they flew. The shuriken acted just the same as the usual steel ones even academy students had access to. [1/1]
She dismissed the shuriken and turned to her next jutsu. This one was different, and would require constant movement. She gathered her chakra, and formed a crystal ring that surrounded her. If she were in water, it would help keep her afloat. But on land, she had to get creative, and active. Serenity started running, and instead of her usual speed, she was faster, and could get faster, so long as she continued to move. [1/1]
Serenity dismissed the crystal wheel and then focused on her next technique. She gathered her chakra while she imagined a massive shuriken, similar to the the smaller version she had just learned a moment ago. Crystal rapidly formed into a large shuriken, that looked a lot like a snowflake on steroids. Serenity threw the large shuriken, and it neatly cleaved through a wooden training dummy. [1/1]
Serenity let the shuriken dissolve, and turned her focus to another jutsu. She was busting them out, but she knew she didn’t have a lot of time before she could be called to active duty, rather than simply being allowed to train. She took a deep breath and formed the needed hand signs. A large, roughly five and a half feet tall, snowflake looking mirror. The only thing was, the mirror was made of jade, flawless, green, jade. It was relatively useless on it’s own, but could be used to set up another jutsu in her bloodline. It could also be turned invisible, to create an invisible wall. [1/1]
She inhaled and dismissed the mirror, then formed a single hand sign. Jade crystal blades formed on her forearms, looking almost like tanto, but bladed. She made a few practice swipes. The crystal was strong, and would last a good long while before she would have to create a new one. Of course, if she were to create two, the life of the crystal would be halved. [1/1]
Serenity dismissed the blade, and turned to her next jutsu. This one would be a little more difficult, since she was starting to get to the stronger jutu. She took a deep breath and imagined the next jutsu. This one would form multiple white and pink crystals, in the shape of sharp, thin, and deadly accurate needles. [1/2] She formed the needed hand sign, and gathered her chakra. The crystals formed rapidly, and flew at a training dummy. They landed with unerring accuracy in the jugular, heart, and femoral artery of the dummy. Well, if it had had those things in the first place. [2/2]
Serenity took a deep breath once more. She was almost done with this portion of her training. She knew what she wanted this jutsu to do. It was supposed to form a thin, invisible sheen of crystal armor on her skin. Only those with a doujutsu bloodline would be able to see the armor at all. [1/2] She gathered her chakra and focused it around her, and imagined it forming the invisible armor flush against her skin. It formed, and was perfectly invisible, so much so that even she couldn’t see it, though she could feel it. [2/2]
Serenity gathered her chakra and formed the needed hand signs. She closed her eyes and took several deep breaths. She mentally went through the steps needed to take to create this next jutsu. She knew that this jutsu could be very useful, if perfected. It would create several shuriken, and could be used for offense and defense. [1/2] She used her gathered chakra, and it formed a storm of crystal shards around her. The shards gathered and turned into a thousand shuriken. The shuriken went flying, and decimated several training dummies. [2/2]
Serenity smiled and flipped some hair over her shoulder. She was getting good practice and training in, and was starting to feel a little more confident in her training. Just a few more and she’d have all the crystal jutsu that she could learn at her current level. [1/2] She took a deep breath and wove her chakra into her next jutsu. She ran her left hand over her right arm, and crystal formed around it. The crystal was long, and sharp, and it’s sole purpose would be to impale her opponents. [2/2]
Serenity dismissed the crystal spear on her arm and took out her bloodline scroll. She read over the next few jutsu, then put it away. She mentally went through the steps, and imagined how it would look as it took shape with her chakra. [1/2] This time, the chakra took the shape of several, but far less that the previous jutsu, sharp shuriken. She threw them at more dummies, and they embedded in them. [2/2]
Serenity gathered her chakra once more and grinned. She had just a few more to go, then she planned on learning as much of her father’s bloodline as she could before she was sent on a mission for her Raikage. She took a deep breath and focused. She couldn’t afford to get distracted now. [1/2] She formed the needed hand signs, and formed crystal around a training dummy. The crystal formed rapidly, and completely encased the dummy. Serenity punched the crystal, and it shattered, taking the dummy with her. [2/2]
Serenity dusted the crystal particles from her pants. She looked around at all the crystal particles and full crystals just sitting around. A lot of them would make gorgeous jewelry. She loved the shiny nature of her mother’s bloodline. [1/3] Serenity shook her head and bit her lip, mentally berating herself. She had work to do and she was thinking about pretty shinies. She shook her head and focused. It was time to get serious. [2/3] Serenity made the needed hand signs, and turned some of her preexisting ice into crystal, which then took on the form of a dragon. The dragon was taller than her, and was capable of moving and being manipulated freely. She could even create up to two more, if she needed to. [3/3]
Serenity dismissed her dragon and moved to her next jutsu. She gathered her chakra and closed her eyes as she imagined what she wanted to happen. This jutsu should be relatively easy, since she had just learned a lesser version of it a moment previously. [1/3] This jutsu would be like the previous prison technique, but on a more grand scale. It would be larger, and effect more people. It would effect two targets, instead of just the one. It didn’t seem like much, but it was something. [2/3] Serenity gathered her chakra and made the hand signs. The crystals shot up, forming rapidly at her command. It rapidly enveloped her targets, which happened to be two training dummies since this was only training. The dummies, obviously, couldn’t fight back or avoid the jutsu, so they were enveloped without problem. Once more, Serenity walked over and punched the crystal. The crystal turned into crystal particles, and the dummies followed suit. [3/3]
Serenity closed her eyes and imagined a massive wall of multicolored crystals. It would be nearly impenetrable, and self repairing. Anything chakra based would need to be incredibly strong to get through the wall, since it could simply repair itself. [1/3] Serenity gathered her chakra, even now weaving the signs needed. She knew this would be perfect for defending anyone and anything that needed to be defended. She would be the defender of any party or team she would be put on, and that was something she took very seriously. [2/3] Serenity let her chakra form a smaller version of the full jutsu. A ten foot wall of pure crystal formed, in a semicircle around her. She looked it over, then launched several crystal shuriken at it, only to watch as any damage was repaired near instantly. [3/3]
She dismissed the wall and took a deep breath. She had put in a lot of hard work, but she would still need to do more. She had to do more. She hated sitting still and twiddling her thumbs. She always wanted to keep moving and working. [1/3] Serenity smiled slightly. It was time to get this lat jutsu out, and turn to her Father’s skills. She closed her eyes and formed the needed hand signs. She wove her chakra with the signs, and watched as the jade mirror from before formed. She used this mirror as the base for her last crystal jutsu. [2/3] She took a deep breath and wove new hand signs. This time the jade mirror warped and shifted, changing. It became a perfect clone of Serenity herself. This clone would be super useful, since it was as strong as she was, but with twice the defense. And it had the added benefit of being able to confuse doujutsu users. [3/3]
Serenity took a deep breath and sat down for just a moment. She took out the scroll on Hyouton bloodline jutsu that her father had given her. She read it over and made a mental list to go through. She wanted to learn all she could. She put the scroll to the side and gathered her chakra. She formed some ice with her already known jutsu, and made a hand sign. It was practically child’s play to form a set of five senbon from the ice. [1/1]
This next jutsu would be simple enough as well, since Kazurai had taught her a similar ability. She gathered her chakra and formed a hand sign. This time, instead of forming senbon, snowing mist seemed to form. The mist quickly and rapidly became frost too thick to see through. Serenity could easily use this as a camouflage and use it to sneak up on people. It would be most helpful during assassinations and the like. [1/1]
Serenity dismissed the frost and turned to her next jutsu. She inhaled and fused the inhaled air with her chakra in her lungs. The chakra froze the air in her lungs, then she exhaled. Sharp little darts made of the ice; formed in her lungs with her chakra, left her mouth on the exhale. She smirked as they hit the dummy and sailed true. [1/1]
Serenity closed her eyes and focused on her eyes. She smirked as she began to gather her chakra for her next jutsu. This one was very similar to her last two prison techniques. She formed the needed hand signs and slammed her hands into the ground. [1/2] The chakra she had gathered flew through the ground and found ice under the surface. The ice followed her command and encased her in ice, acting as a defensive shield. It could also be used to trap her opponents like the crystal versions she had previously learned. [2/2]
Serenity dismissed the ice prison; but left the ice in tact, and mentally prepared for the next jutsu. She wove her signs and chakra together. The ice formed in her palm, as she held it in front of her. [1/2] The ice took on the shape of small birds, with wings like razors. She smirked when they flew at a training dummy and caused several deep gashes in the wood. She knew these were fragile, however. A katon technique could take them out easily. [2/2]
Serenity sighed softly to herself and prepared her next jutsu. There was so much she needed to do, before going out in the field. She hadn’t even studied any bukijutsu or taijutsu yet. So much to do and so little time. [1/3] She shook her head and gathered her chakra. She formed the hand signs ad focused on the desired results. A highly defensive technique that could save her, and someone else’s, life in a pinch. It wouldn’t be advisable for open areas though. [2/3] She slammed her hands on the ground, and watched as ice spikes formed rapidly, they held the potential to rise up to thirty feet tall. She could choose which direction they grew in, but since this was merely training, she just let them grow vertical, and only up to five feet. [3/3]
The next jutsu was yet another prison like technique. But it could also double as a defensive technique. Her bloodlines were both very defensive. She would be the defensive rock, the wall for any team she was placed on. She was determined to be the best she could be. [1/3] She took a deep breath and focused on the jutsu in her mind. It would be another protective barrier, but this one would prevent her from being able to move. It required the use of both her hands. [2/3] She formed the needed hand signs and threw her hands in front of her, palms out. Ice rapidly formed into a dome around her, big enough to protect two people, though she could alter it’s size at will. [3/3]
This next jutsu was going to be offensive. She gathered her chakra in her fist, and watched as ice and water, from nearby byproducts of former jutsu, that was starting to form ice, formed around her fist. She thrust her fist forward and focused on what she wanted the jutsu to do. [1/3] The ice and water flew forward. It formed a devastating blizzard. Black ice formed as well, thanks to the jutsu itself, and flew in a counter direction to the regular ice and water from the first portion of the jutsu. [2/3] The black ice, that flowed like water but was very obviously ice, flew forward. It rammed into a training dummy, and sent it flying. This jutsu was powerful, and held amazing ramming force, as well as being extremely cold. So cold, in fact, it could freeze nearby water. [3/3]
Just two more. Serenity only had two more jutsu to learn, then she could take a well deserved break. She took a deep breath and focused. She was ready to get this done. She was ready to prove herself. She would prove to the memory of her parents, the memory of her twin brother, and the memory of her aunt and uncle, that she could do this. [1/3] She gathered more of her chakra, and focused on all the ice debris she had caused. This would be a good way to clean it all up, she figured. Serenity smirked slightly and made the needed hand signs. The ice gathered and started to form together. [2/3] The ice formed, shaped, and molded into a massive tiger made of ice. The tiger was bigger than Serenity, and was so cold that it would freeze preexisting water masses. It would be useful in fights, in that it could freeze her opponents as well. [3/3]
Serenity took out her scroll and read over the last jutsu on her mental list. It was not useful for battle, but it could be useful for distractions, or taking a blow in place of Serenity herself. It would be another defensive technique. She remembered her father using this, once. [1/3] He had taken her out to play, and there had been an attack from a rogue ninja. The ninja had thrown some kind of jutsu at her, in hopes of distracting her father. But her father had created this jutsu and it had saved her life. [2/3] Serenity wove her hand signs and closed her eyes as she gathered her chakra. She infused it into the ice around her. Slowly, the ice formed into a massive white whale, with a single horn on it’s head. It would absorb a blow meant for whomever was behind it at the time of it’s creation. [3/3]
Serenity dismissed the whale and collapsed onto the ground. She wiped the sweat from her brow and then began to finger comb the knots out of her long, red hair. The sweat had caused the knots to form, and they irritated her. Thankfully, she was perfectly capable of only realizing they were there after she was done with more important things; be they training or battles. She looked around and made a face when she realized there was crystal and ice dust and particles all around her. She’d made something of a mess. "Oops…"

Serenity watched Kazurai, eyes narrowed as she observed his every move. He was training with a katana, currently, and going over what looked like a relatively simple bukijutsu style. It was actually a style her father had favored, and one she had thought about learning. She recognized the first move as a simple feint, fake one way, and attack from the opposite direction. [1/1] Serenity drew her own sword, and took a stance similar to Kazurai. Her sword, however, was different from his. His was a Katana, strong, sturdy and razor sharp. She held a Jian, or a Chinese Long Sword. It was longer, and thinner in the blade, making it more flexible, but just as strong. Kazurai infused his blade with lightning, and she frowned. She couldn’t access her base elements, but she could access her bloodlines. She gathered her chakra and infused ice into her blade, then swung it. Ice flew from her blade in a sharp crescent of pure ice. [1/1] The next technique in the style involved a mist, it seemed. She frowned, a vague idea for a jutsu forming in her mind. But that was for later. She raised her sword above her head and then slashed downwards. The sword created, with the help of her ice chakra, a frosted mist to form in the air and obscure her from vision. [1/1] Serenity held her sword at the ready, then simply dropped it. As it was falling, she lashed out with a powerful kick, and sent it flying. It actually landed right near Kazurai, in a dummy. [1/1] She walked over and grabbed her sword, only to wink at Kazurai. She took her sword and focused on the next technique in the style. This one was strictly for evasive purposes. She inhaled deeply, and; since he was the only one really near her at the moment, she focused on Kazurai’s breathing. At the last second, she dodged back, as if he were to strike her. Not that he was going to, but he had turned to her, as if to say something. [1/1] She smirked and waved at him, then turned and flipped her hair over her shoulder. Serenity, once she was far enough away to not accidentally hurt Kazurai, slashed her sword in a downward angle, but dropped it mid-slash. She turned and grabbed it with her opposite hand, and made an upward slash, all in one fluid motion. The first slash was weaker, but the follow up slash gained strength. [1/1] Serenity pushed her icy chakra into the blade of her sword. She turned the blade so it ran parallel to her forearm. With the blade thus positioned, she began to twist and spin, deflecting an invisible enemy’s blows. [1/1] Serenity gathered her chakra and sheathed her sword for the moment. With her chakra gathered, she began to cycle it through her body, and let it burst forward from her. She let ice and crystal form in various forms; spikes, spirals, and even mist. She opened her eyes and inhaled, then exhaled, deeply. [1/1] Once that was taken care of, she picked up a second copy of the scroll that Kazurai held in his hand. She read it over and hummed thoughtfully. This was a very useful style. She could see why her father had favored it so much. [1/2]She put it away and gathered her chakra. She molded it under her feet, and dashed around, even as mists of ice gathered around her as she moved. The chakra aided her speed, making her form blur as she moved, and the mist helped obscure her further. [2/2] Serenity smiled slightly and looked around she was having fun, and looking forward to the rest of her training. She was so happy to be following in her father’s footsteps; he had been the physical fighter in the family, her mother had been ninjutsu and medical shinobi of the family. [1/2] Serenity shook her head and tried to focus her thoughts. She didn’t have time for distractions. She gathered her chakra once more, and moved, in a short burst. The move enabled her to draw her blade, and thrust it at her ‘opponent’, which was simply a training dummy. This move was very fast, difficult for the average person to see, and was designed to catch opponents off guard. [2/2] Serenity took a deep breath and mentally turned to the last skill in the style that she was currently able to learn, since the rest of the style was beyond her current abilities. She couldn’t wait to be able to get to the rest of it, however. She wanted to get stronger, she insisted on getting stronger. She loved to train, and hated staying still, it’s why she had risen to the top of her class. [1/2] She sheathed her sword, and sat down. She then closed her eyes, and inhaled deeply. She began to meditate, and focused inside herself. She focused on how she wanted to improve herself, to be of more help to those around her. She remembered how she had felt, as she watched her brother die, how she had felt when her parents, and later her aunt and uncle, died. She never wanted to be useless. She refused to be useless. Through this determination, and this internal delving, she slowly came to an awareness of things around her. She had a vague feeling, of the area. Almost like she was reading the air of the room, or reading the atmosphere. She could feel determination, and knew she would be able to feel ill intent, if it arose. [2/2] Serenity stood and shook her body out, only to turn and look at Kazurai. She smiled and winked at him again, "Looks to me like you’re having a hard time keeping up, Handsome." She teased with a chuckle.

Showing her two friends what she had told them about her abilities, Ara stored up some saliva in her mouth before facing away from the group. She then felt her mouth begin to water heavily, though this was more than regular spit. When her mouth was full, she unleashed the spit onto the ground, her saliva actually had become what appeared to be black ink, splattered atop the surface.

"Like that. I don't know how I do it, but.." As she spoke, her mouth began to fill with more and more ink, eventually enough filled and was pushed to the back of her throat due to her tongue funneling it down while making shapes in order for Ara to speak. She began to cough, choking on her byproduct before another feeling and eased its way into her mind. It seemed to have a good solution, which might not even help to somebody not of her bloodline. She felt like she needed to close her mouth and channel the ink to continue filling her mouth, which she quickly did. These instincts seemed to be helpful, as if they were bits and pieces of her memory coming back somehow? It wasn't exactly all clear to the girl. She cough her mouth, red in the face while her cheeks began to inflate with ink, holding back the ink in her mouth before it seemed like the child's head was going to burst from what she was containing in her mouth. When it felt like her cheeks would explode, the instinct again pushed her to release her stored up ink, Ara following orders and shooting a large, human skull sized globule of ink across the room. It splattered across the wall as the stick ink began to slowly creep down.

Blushing after that display, Ara decided to try another high ranked Suiton technique. She scurried back towards her scrolls before tossing them over to where her other two friends were busy practicing their stuff at. It was a dangerous thing to do, fearing what might happen if she were to bonk one of them in the head, but everything seemed to turn out okay, with no one recieving a scroll near them. Ara hopped up and threw her arms behind her, running to where she was, like one of the academy children who tried to mimic the older shinobi while also looking pretty stupid. Once back where she was, the girl plucked a scroll from the top pile and found a move she liked. The kunoichi moved a safe distance away from Kazu and Siri-chan before attempting to perform the technique on her first try. She missed a sign, and the tornado of water seemed to be more like a sprinkler blast at best.

Huffing to herself, Ara tried her hand with the technique again, continuing to use the water that she had gotten from her previous techniques. She practiced all three hand signs this time before actually exerting her chakra for the activation. Once that was done, a large and powerful tornado made of water slowly circled around the young suiton user, Ara recalling it before it could hurt anyone. As she did so, the water soon fell down upon her, drenching her from head to toe...again. She shook her head to get the water out and proceeded with her training.

Kicking up another scroll to her arms reach, Ara went to go look up a technique to create a good amount of water. Opening the scroll and sitting down to give it a thorough read, Ara looked down at the ground, hoping that this technique would not destroy the floor as much as she thought it would. She made the hand seals and awaited the water to come up, though none came.

Impatient that none came, she made the required seals once more and paid even more justu before watching as the water soon came flowing out of the ground. She ran over the opening and tried her best to plug it up while she attempted to cancel the jutsu, which only proved to drench her in water and launch her a little into the air. After a few seconds, the water stopped coming, Ara falling back to the ground and landing on her bottom. She huffed, needing a break from constantly being splashed with water and exerting so much chakra.

Sporting his squid form Toso seemed rightly disgruntled not knowing where they were. He knew not where or if said individuals had engaged rightly so in the spar that they had been whimsically tasked with but the only thing apparent was that they were not currently in his vision and what currently was in his vision was a young girl that for some reason caused an uncomfortable resonation inside of him, what appeared to be a milf though not to his own personal tastes, and some dowry boy who seemed the delinquent cocky arrogant type that strokes his own ego or wallows in repressed emotions because mommy didn't love him enough. Ah, but these were just meaningless labels and throw away deductions. These individuals most likely weren't so easily classified. What they would see of course would be a squid. Additionally a squid out of water. A squid out of water that didn't seem to flounder from what would have been a clear compromised environ for any normal squid, and glasses, how, these were questions left to be unasked. The trouble of finding out how to pass the time arose however and with his position being in an open area well...why not. [1/2]
He'd acquired the allowances provided for the mission he was to be tasked with. Now all he required were his fellow comrades at arms. Still despite what seemed to be a display of lackadaisical and negligent awareness of his surroundings it was actually just a ruse, as essentially he was hoping his bloops would perhaps coax the Atlas and Keisuke from wherever they may be to investigate. Of course these noises could register as 'clearly annoying' as well and no doubt could attract the attention of those he had yet to associate himself with from 'absolutely ruining' any form of true concentration. •Mystic Hero: The user is much like a hybrid warrior, focusing on mixing ninjutsu into their personal arsenal. Through their great devotion to this path the user can cast ninjutsu without hand seals while wielding a weapon, D at genin, C at chunnin, B at Jounin, A at Konin, and S at Sannin. These techniques maintain the same description and criteria to use, as well as require the same amount of time to mold the chakra through the weapon as would be needed to perform hand seals, meaning the techniques are not instantaneously cast. The user’s spirit is so strong, that they can utilize their physical bukijutsu techniques to negate ninjutsu techniques of the same rank or below.

Kazurai was impressed by the girls ability with a sword. It also seemed as though they had both taken an interest in the same techniques. It was time to stop holding back a little bit considering they were proving talented. Taking his sword he swung it almost with a mild spin to his frame. Letting go of the sword and reversing his spin he snatched the blade and changed directions of the attack. A mildly useful technique for those who are trying to block a certain way.
Splashing Rain 1/1
Swapping the Katana so that the blade was along Kazurais forearm. This allowed him to do a backwards slash motion with the blade. Swinging it in a spinning motion caused a chakra elemental shield to appear around in the form of lightning. This would repel most basic physical attacks or protect from some direct ones as well.
Blessed Rain 1/1 +35 chakra
Steadying his blade in a proper stance this time he let the chakra flow through his muscles giving a slight boost to his chakra control. This freedom could be better used in states of pure focused mind. He would move slightly while trying to maintain this chakra control. Practicing his sword kata. Taking his blade and sheathing it upon finish.
Innocent Rain 1/1
Rushing chakra to his feet he took off in a lightning covered blur. The speed at which he could move was impressive. He now was starting to see the fruits of this sword style. Where before he was starting to doubt it. Coming to a stop he slid a streak across the floor finally being able to come to a halt.
Fiendish Speed Rain 1/1
Taking the boost in speed he applied the extra chakra to form a burst of speed as he unsheathed his sword as well as lunged forward towards a dummy. The movement was so fast it would be have been untraceable with standard eyes. The sword promptly forced into the wooden dummys face, halfway down the blade. Taking a moment to unlodge the blade from the wood, he used his foot as leverage to pull it out. "Most valuable."
Insight Rain 1/1
Once finished he took a moment to take a break. The techniques listed taught how to extend themselves into the atmosphere providing deep insight into detecting someones malicious intent. Narrowing it down on the other hand would prove very difficult. Turning towards Serenity, she seemed set on calling him handsome opposed to his name. Had he not been afraid of getting positive results he would ask her to do something or stop it if she didn't mean it. It confused him greatly. "No trouble here just trying to see the value in it is all."

Deciding to break from the wave of chakra consumption she had just participated in, Ara spun around on her heel and glided her waist towards the ground, sitting cross legged while looking pretty cool while doing it. She decided to copy what she had seen Siri-chan do a while back involving hand seals. She began to control her chakra's circulation throughout her body by evening out of chakra across all of her body to begin.

Ara continued in her meditative state, swirling her chakra inside of her system and allowing it to gather to different points of her body. She focused it first in her hands, where it would be most of the time, before then having it flow towards her head, which was where she guessed that thing was that made her spit out ink.

Next, the young genin began to work on her hand seal performance, slowly repeating each of the ones she knew, rat, dog, and tiger. While not knowing many others, she at least knew enough to go and master how to perform these three in case she needed them. Her fingers moved slowly as she did so, only beginning to speed up the pace to what she would use them as if she were actually attempting to perform a jutsu.

Feeling her energy source constantly swish through her body felt weird, enough so that it was beginning to make her a tad comfortable to leave all of her chakra at one of her focus points for so long. She furrowed her brows in concentration as some new hand seals came to her, almost like if she knew them already.

Not knowing how she was doing it, Ara was busy performing the rest of the seals that she had forgotten, or so she had thought. Each came naturally, as if she had been trained to use them previously. It only raised more questions about her own backstory, but for now, it would suffice in her training. Ending the meditation, she evened out her chakra circulation and stood up just in time to see her two friends speaking again. "Are you two married or something?" She asked, wondering why Siri-chan was always hitting on Kazu-chan. Maybe she was just interested, or maybe they were actually together.

Before she could think too hard on the subject, an unusual sight burst into the grounds as Ara's eyes light up upon noticing it out of the corner of her eyes. "Squid!" She exclaimed, unable to help herself but fawn over the sea creature's looks. But how did it end up here? Didn't they usually need to stay submerged? Those were good questions, but the owner of her mind was much to busy admiring the animal which she was so infatuated about. The animal continued waving its tentacles everywhere, only making Ara's urge to snuggle to this creature rise. She was able to tear her eyes off the being in order to continue practicing those weird techniques.
Focusing back on her apparent skills in shooting ink like some type of creature who was not really a squid, but also not really a kid, Ara decided to start playing around with her circulation and seeing what she could come up with. She filled her mouth full of ink again and tried to scavenge her mind for any memory of what she could do with the ink to change its properties. Nothing came to her, so she decided to expel some chakra in a different point than the one she had used previously. Once her mouth was full of ink, she spat out a clear blob of ink at the floor which sat for a while before beginning to soak up the color from the spot on the floor until it was completely black and white. She stared at it for a while, dumbfounded before moving onto the next technique.

"Well that was boring." The girl said as she tried her hand at coughing up another kind of ink. She filled her mouth with ink again as usual, and spat out whatever came on the ground. What greeted her was a normal blob of ink that seemed to be just like the one from earlier.

Huffing to herself, Ara tried again. She contorted her tongue into a symbol that she had recalled from one of the scrolls in the scrolls and filled her mouth with ink, only this felt more watery to her. She spat at the ground, the ink that came out appearing to be golden in color, almost like honey. She tapped the blob with her foot and could feel how slippery it was. Getting an idea, she slammed down on the blob, popping the contained ink inside and then beginning to skate around on it. She playfully circled around Siri-chan and Kazu-chan before waving towards the squid in hopes of him waving back. After her bout of fun was over, the young genin focused back on training.

So if there was one to make things slippery, surely she could make ink that could make things sticky, as lewd as it sounded. Ara gave thought to that idea and decided to try it out. She filled her mouth once more, the ink coming more slowly this time for whatever reason. She tried to control her chakra into morphing the ink to become more adhesive, and then fired at the floor again.

What came out was a bright pink color splat of ink, almost like bubble gum. Ara poked it again, but failed to see if it was sticky. She got an idea and grabbed a random scroll nearby before throwing it in the pink ink. Immediately, she could see a change than when she made contact. The scroll was definitely stuck in the ink. She tried to pry the scroll from its prison after a few minutes, putting it back where she found it.

Serenity shook her head as she looked around the academy and dojo. There was a giant squid, and she wasn’t touching that one with a ten and a half foot pole. She knew where those types of stories lead, and she wanted no part of that. She, instead, went to study some taijutsu. She had been informed that she had previously learned to high, without permission, so she could only learn up to a certain rank without reprimand. She didn’t like being held back, but she wasn’t about to say anything like that to superiors. She took the scroll and read it over. There were a few parts that were only for training, but it was needed to master the style.
Serenity nodded to herself and hummed as she mentally went through the first training. It was interesting, to say the least. She looked around for somewhere that was kind of high up. She needed the height for the training. She didn’t see anything really suitable, so she gathered her chakra and created a miniature mountain of crystal, that had a gentle slope on one side, and a sharp drop on the other. Serenity climbed up the slope, and then allowed herself to fall from the sharp drop off. [1/1] She then, with the fall, let herself use that momentum to fall into the next technique in the style. This technique was designed to mitigate any fall damage that would normally hurt someone. When she hit the ground, she didn’t just hit it and stop. She let herself flow into a simple somersault. This prevented broken bones or shin splints, or fractures. [1/1] Serenity came out of the roll and stood. She mentally went through the style once more and huffed when she saw that there was no low level item to make this easier for her. So she modified the crystal hill that she’d made previously to be like a hurdle. Serenity then ran towards it, at full speed. At the last possible second, she threw her arms out, caught herself on the hurdle, and bound over it. She brought her left leg up, and kicked at an imaginary enemy. But since there actually wasn’t an enemy there, she got faster. [1/1]
Serenity took a deep breath and focused on the next stage. The first part was a training, like with the first stage. But unlike the first training, this one wasn’t about training the muscles for landings. This training taught her how to switch directions quickly and effectively. Serenity hummed thoughtfully as she bounced on her toes. She took a running start, and practiced flipping. She flipped one way, then on the landing, she threw herself into a flip going the opposite direction. She did this for a few moments, training her muscles to be able to do this at a moments notice. [1/1] Serenity took another running start. But this time, instead of doing the front and back flips she had just done, this time she lead with one leg. She followed up with her second leg, in a downward kick. The kick was solid and would easily do some real damage to an enemy. [1/1] Serenity used her crystal to form a pole, that stretched from floor to ceiling. She took a running start and ran at the pole. As she passed the pole, she grabbed it and swung around it, in a near perfect 180. She landed with a hard slam to the ground. If it had been an enemy she had landed on, the speed of the skill would have added power to it. [1/1]
Serenity glanced over Kazurai. She wondered when they would be sent on missions, or even if she would be paired with the cute white haired guy. She sighed softly and turned back to her learning. This was the last stage she could learn, at the moment. She pulled out the scroll for the style, and read it over. She needed to train her body more, to better learn balance. Balance was essential for this style. She centered herself, and did several stretches, before she started running through several acrobatic skills. She did handstands, walk overs, back bends, and cartwheels. She ran through the skills over and over, until she had trained herself to extend and master her balance. [1/1] Serenity manipulated her previous crystal and formed a pommel horse. She then ran at the pommel horse and made a running leap. She swung her feet around, on the side. Her feet landed hard on the ground, so hard, that any enemy would fall hard, if they were caught by her feet. [1/1] She changed the pommel horse into a wall. She then ran at the wall, and used her momentum to run up the wall, then turn and execute a round house kick off of the wall. She connected with an imaginary enemy, had it been a real person, they would have been sent spinning. [1/1] She changed the crystal something on the roof, hanging down, so that she could jump up and grab it. She got a running start and jumped up. She grabbed a hold of the crystal, and swung on it. She lashed out with her feet, both hitting simultaneously, into the ‘chest’ of an imaginary enemy. She used her momentum to flip off of the crystal and landed perfectly, right in front of Kazurai. She grinned, proud of herself, and gave him a little wave, "Hey there. You don’t seem to be doing any training." She teased, half playfully, half genuinely curious. She crossed her arms under her breasts, and put her weight on her back foot, hip cocked.

Time was of the essence. He couldn't play forever. His signal seemed to have fallen on deaf ears when the song came to its completion. Hopefully an Anbu search party will locate them and inform his associates for the future. However, for now, it seemed Toso would be engaging in this mission alone. However, something wafted in the air. The scent of salt based ink. Toso forced his blends to have flavors and scents but this briny smell could only be attributed to one think. Squid ink. This left a collection of deductions. It could not have been his father...his face would be in a tree by now. His sister would have long already latched onto him and his mother wouldn't be present without the other two. So that's how it was. That shrewd old man. If he wouldn't go to the women they'd send the women after him. NOT TODAY!
Turning around Toso would notice young Hojo who seemed to be producing ink like a beginner. CLEARLY FEIGNING INNOCENCE! His shape would then shift back into it's normal self. Fluffed up jacket and exorbitantly long sleeves would then vanish in a haze of black mist. The next thing young Ara would find is that behind her she would most likely find herself being ensnared by tentacle limbs towards the other two Genin this might've appeared threatening but any tension it might've caused would alleviate partially as the squid man who entrapped the young amnesiac Hojo used them to bring the girl to his eye level and unraveled a set of photos begining what seemed to be a comparison. While the girl might have held striking similarities to many of them Toso was able to confirm she was not a mercenary of love sent by his family to apprehend him. It would all happen rather quickly to say the least as it went from full on bondage to slowly snaking limply letting the girl loose.
"Ah Bloop, My apologies. I may have mistaken you for someone else." Toso's Kumogakure headband flashed around his neck if his earlier display of yielding wasn't convincing enough that he was an ally and not some ***** molestator. Although, one could still think that despite him being a nin of Kumogakure. "Rather far from home aren't we Bloop? I didn't think I'd be finding another Hojo here of all places. Let alone a Shimizu so far from the sea." It would be at this point Toso would notice the girls headband. "Or find them a resident Bloop." Toso's blank almost Hyuuga like eyes then redirected themselves away from Ara and into the horizon where he saw a plume of smoke rising. "Ah Bloop, I really should be on my way. I've a stop to make. Bloop. Ah. If you happen to run into a man named Shokushu don't listen to anything he says."
This man perhaps knew Ara more than she knew herself but he seemed to be in a rush. Providing an apologetic stare...or at least it seemed apologetic? His eyes were raised as if her were smiling beneath the collar. "Ah right I decided to make copies of these orders but seeing as my companions aren't here to take them perhaps you'll find your name on the the list." Toso would then casually if not awkwardly hand Ara a missive. Oh but he didn't want to forget the other two in the area. Toso's hands would then extend towards Kazuraii and Serenity. Also providing them with missives. It was rather unsettling. How they stretched not unlike the tentacles he used earlier on Ara. It was like his arms were made of some sort of rubber. After whether they accepted his offer of the missives or not his arms would retract. "Well I best be on my way do take care Hojo-chan, Furyō-san, Jukujo-nee." Kazurai stared at his blade for a while, hearing Serenity training all the while. Completely caught up in his past. Wondering if what he was learning now could have saved anything. Rubbing his thumb against the edge of the blade, quickly realizing that it was in fact still extremely sharp. Looking up at Serenity as she asked him why he wasn't doing anything. His mind blanked and all he could come up with was. "Sorry, my mind was elsewhere. You're doing really good though." Quickly being approached by a rather peculiar man who gave them information about a mission and temporary team. "Thank you.". It did not take long before they wanted some work completed on his part. But this was good he needed all the chances he could get. His eyes glanced over to Serenity noticing that she was in fact on his team. The other two however he had not met yet. Figuring she would have most likely read the same contents he couldn't help but wonder what she thought about her teams, or if she might already know one or both of the others.

Serenity smiled slightly, trying to hide her peculiar reaction to the strange man. She took the missive he handed to her and Kazurai, and read it over. She was happy it was a mission, something to do, but she was surprised that Kazurai seemed to be on her team. The other two names, and the name of their informant, were unfamiliar to her, however. She blinked and frowned, "Huh. Names, and no pictures, or where to find them. That seems rather.... counter productive. The only name I recognize is yours, Handsome." Serenity said as she turned and looked at Kazurai, even as she rolled the missive up and put it away. She frowned slightly, then shook her head. She had seen how he seemed to be lost in thought, she couldn't tell if it was something that happened a lot, but she knew that kind of absentmindedness could get the team in trouble. She wasn't going to say that, but she would keep a close eye on him. She was already suspicious, since it seemed he knew a lot for a Genin. But once again, she wasn't going to say anything to him about this. She knew she hadn't endeared herself to Kazurai enough for that kind of a conversation. Not only can it take any form the user desires, but it can also be levitated or shifted around as if it were water. Just as the young genin was busy fussing about what jutsu she could learn next, she noticed a tendril of some origin quickly wrapping itself around her body. She would have rushed to go and tell her friends, before she was soon reeled in to whoever these tentacles had belonged to. She soon found herself being held up in front of a hooded man with glasses, his arm holding out several pictures with people she thought looked a little like here. Not anything of great resemblance, but enough to make one look twice. As she was held up, Ara was busy wrapping her head around the jutsu of coiling tentacles around people and if she could do that. This was done of course, alongside trying to wriggle free of her prison. After a few moments of studying young Ara's face, the child shooting him a very confused, yet innocent look, he left her go with an apology, Ara falling on her behind on the floor as she hopped back onto her feet and answered the man. "It's okay. I get that a lot."
Her eyes glanced over the Kumogakure headband secured around his neck while he pointed out that she was so far away from home...wherever that was. She arched an eyebrow as he said this, the idea of finding a lead to discover her past only more interesting as he gave her a surname. "Hojo?" She asked, confused about what it was, as well as a Shimizu label that only served to confuse her more. She furrowed her brows as her mind tried to figure all of this information out. It was around this time she had caught that noise he made sometimes when speak, which, while cute, did remind her of somebody who used to do just that. She could almost make out their face, but a name was still lost on her. Ara was about to ask him more before she followed his attention towards the pillar of smoke currently coming from the horizon. He then apologized again and handed the girl a missive, Ara absentmindedly taking it and giving it a quick read. It listed a few names all divided into four squad, with her being in Squad Two along with two other people. Her eye were brought back to where he once stood before finding an inky black haze scurrying off towards who knows where. "H-Hey! Come back!" Ara yelled, her small feet running as fast as they could to keep up with the man. This was her only lead on finding out who she was, and whatever that pillar of smoke was certainly was not going to deter her away from talking with this hooded man, even if he did have a thing for kids.

✰ Walking into the Dojo (missing the exiting Hojo) and looking around to see what fresh faces were in the vicinity just to make sure she wasn't just passing by her new squad mates by chance and all of her little messages she'd left with certain people who'd likely meet or know them was her way of rounded up the group more efficiently than running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Who was present in the Dojo were two new faces. A guy with silver-ish hair and a bad case of resting B#h; face, and the likely lead of a all girl gang, and her being the ever popular and loves onee-san. Then again this first impression of looks seemed to spawn more from watching too many old drama with her grandmother and maybe too much time around Tosokurui and his head case example for a personality. Taking into regard that she'd have Hono behind Miko would approach the two brashly as ever was her style to just put it out there that she was looking for two people.

Just as Miko was giving a bit of exposition to the situation she'd be cut off once more for the day by an Anbu suddenly appearing with a note and scroll he'd hand off to here. This note detailed a bequeathed training puppet from an unknown "master" puppeteer that seemingly cared some shyte about how centralized the market for puppets was in between either Takumi or the hidden sand. Needless to say Miko was moved by confused and a bit confounded by the whole predicament. As she'd look at the scroll. Luckily she'd already started to practice Fuunin jutsu in it's most base principles, but actually having a full bodied puppet that could handle combat to some degree wasn't a gift she was going to toss back int he face of who ever this mystery dead guy was. (for an idea of what this is about the most recent guild announcement for puppeteer class would explain it) Glancing from her letter and then tucking the scroll away into her bag set to her back Miko would smile her usual fox like smirk at the two and would re-enter this interaction with, "Sorry, about all that. Resolution: The user is more determined to get fine details from his sensory techniques, but in order to get this type of clarity the user's range of the technique is reduced by half. The user is able to discover type of technique that is about to be active (fuuin, genjutsu, ninjutsu, custom jutsu, complex tai and buki), even specifics such as Bloodline type and rank.
