Sealing Spear Tower Continuous Spell When this card is activated select one monster the opponent controls and remove it from play. As long as this card remains face up on the field the monster removed from play cannot be special summoned back onto the field. When this card is removed from the field special summon the removed from play monster to the opponent's side of the field in the same position it was in, its summon cannot be negated. This card cannot be removed from the field or destroyed if the opponent has no available monster card zones.

I gave it a 3 because it's not a bad card, but I can't see myself going out of my way to play it. It's good because it RFG's an opponent's monster and it stays gone until the Tower goes away. However, the fact that losing the Tower brings back the monster kills the card IMO. You nuke a monster and the card is a 1-for-1 trade (so far so good) , but when the Tower dies, it becomes a 1-for-0 in your opponent's favor. This card would be good in a game that wasn't so chalk full of generic 1-for-X removal cards.
For example, this would be a playable mission card in the Naruto CCG.
