Once she made certain that there was nary a single speck of dust or dirt left in the hot springs Aaliyah sighed in relief and let herself relax by pulling in all her tendrils. A clang rang out as all the cleaning supplies she was holding all fell to the ground in unison and Aaliyah took a short respite.Much to her credit the hot springs was remarkably clean. Aaliyah took pride in her ability to completely and entirely devote herself to a single task. She was nothing if not persistent. Once Aaliyah was well rested from her littler adventure she set herself to running through all the locker rooms and the complete outside for Kohana only to find her standing by the gate already two steps ahead of her. "HEY!" Aaliyah shouted while sprinting at Kohana full force. "How the heck did you finish before me!? There's no way you got all those pictures already! Let me see your treasure trove!"

Kohana pulled her quiver from her back and examined their points to ensure they were still sharp as Aaliyah made her way back. It took the Mugen by complete surprise and she was startled when she saw the cute genin sprinting at her like a cheetah. Kohana nearly jumped out of her skin and ended up spilling a few of her arrows, which she had to collect one by one as she calmed her racing heart.
"One - you're terrifying at full speed. Two - I just rapid-fired my picture taking and skedaddled... I did NOT want to be in there any longer than I had to be." She offered the camera to Aaliyah if she wanted to take a peek at some of them, but many were tastefully covered or ambiguous. "So, now that we've invaded the privacy of many clueless civilians... do you wanna throw down a little or hunt down pets or somethin'?" Her accent re-appeared as she got excited over the prospects. They could do so much together! The world was their oyster for now, at least until they became more serious, hardened shinobi.

I'm down for more missions and a squad! I'd really like to spar sometime if that's ok? Her doujutsu can't advance until Kohana has an exhausting spar (and she doesn't even have to win - score!) plus there's a training mission for that like the meditation one I wrote up in the academy. Who doesn't want more stam/chakra points?

Having traveled the distance and feeling as though his body was working extremely hard just to hobble, Masato would settle on the nearby hotspings to ail his torn muscles before tomorrow. He pay the attendant to enter, grabbing a white cotton towel and taking a room for the night ajacent to the springs. After settling in, Masato entered the area robed in his white towel and would sink into the springs, relaxing himself and resting to repair all the damage of the day. He trained harder today than ever. He had met several rivals, several people to make himself stronger. Soon enough he would be going toe to toe with the best of the best.
After soaking for an hour or so, Masato headed inside to the mat with his sleeping bed on it. He laid out atop it, spreading his arms and legs wide to allow them to cool off while he sipped on a cold bottle of water. " Gotta get some sleep if I'm gonna beat the whole village tomorrow."he said before drifting off.
Awakening, Masato could feel the rejuvinated status of his body. The aches and pains had worn away from the day's prior training. He jumped up, stretching and getting ready for his big day, Masato would dress himself in his green Yakuta and pull up his big boy ninja stretchy pants. Sliding his sword onto his back mount, he was readied for the day.
..........Why was he here again? Masato found himself somehow with a mop and a bucket in the hot springs area. If someone asked him how to replay the exact sequence of events which led to this moment, then not only would he fail to be able to articulate such a contrived set of circumstances, but he may be forced to punch said person for questioning him in the first place. All he knew was that he had to get it done in order to get any sort of bonuses. Might as well do it. Despite his obvious aggressive tone, Masato was quite efficient in mopping up the area. The area was not much larger than the temple which he lived. In order to be allowed shelter, he did his share and cleaned up. Of course the first few times he was asked to do so he broke the mop in protest, but the man never seemed to mind too much. It only took him an hour or so to make the area spotless. No trash was left, and no issues remained.
He didn't feel one way or another about his work, however. It was just a job. And just as a job, he had one more task to do. Knowing his job was done, the genin fled the area safely.

And so his streak of being a perceptive shinobi came to an end. Well, either that or there were just no pumpkins here. That couldn't be it. He was sure they were here. Pumpkins are everywhere! He just had to find them! Moving out, he headed to the dango shop.
Sadayo couldn't recall if she has been to this particular hot spring. She couldn't recall if she's been to any hot spring for that matter. All her time is put in puppets, training, and more puppets. Ah, the hot springs. Bast remembered cleaning this place as a younger woman, a so-called whippersnapper, a Genin among Genin. Of course, the building back then was different; disasters tended to result in things like that. Still, she took some time to point out details of the architecture and room layout to her cat while her pumpkin following hopped around outside to attract customers. When she turned to leave, though, she noticed yet another pumpkin lurking sleazily near a trash can. She animated that one too and had it join the entourage. She turned to go, but felt as though she was being stalked. Was it Cactus Bast? No, it couldn't be. Still, she had her pumpkins stack up so she could put her cat on top, then whipped around to check her surroundings. Spotting no one out of the ordinary--least of all a spiny, catlike version of herself--she carefully moved on to greener pastures, so to speak.

Hooray! Taylor found the last pumpkin. Taylor placed the other two he found next to it in hopes that something would arise. Nothing did. Bummer. Taylor took a seat beside a bench by the hot springs. He looked down at the three pumpkins. Horus continued to fly in the air. He did not like the hot springs.

As Taylor sat by the hot springs, there would come the sound of basses playing a drawn-out, ominous tune. It consisted of a long, low note followed by a short and slightly less low note, the tempo increasing slowly until coming to a head. A shark fin parted the earth as a subterranean creature beelined straight for the child, swimming through earth as though it were the water mere centimeters away. At the height of the musical tension, a large shark would rear its ugly head out of the water and attempt to chomp down on the lad and drag him under!
