☼ Sand Village ↔ Leaf Village ❧

The outskirts of the Sand Village that lead to the outskirts of the Leaf Village.

Jurei began his trifling task of journeying back through the desert back home. He removed his flask and took a drink every so often as he traveled through the thick sand heading towards the forest of Konoha. He decided now wasn't a bad time to reflect, so he sat in typical full-lotus.

He began to think over his tasks at the exams and how difficult it was to take down some opponents, the Satetsu in particular. It was a close fight and honestly it could've easily been called a draw. Jurei began to focus more chakra.

He thought about his time with the Senju elders and all they had said to him before his departure. He was now the up and coming leader of the clan and should be training rigorously in order to attain the perfection of the bloodline. Jurei continued to channel chakra around him.

He then thought of his days with Akira, before the accident of course. He really cared about her and as he thought this his chakra grew weak. He focused harder and it began to return as he rose from his seated position.

Jurei continued to walk about through until he reached the forest, a feeling of invigoration began to consume him. It was the best he'd felt in some time.

Jurei felt it was best to take a slight breather for training purposes. He needed to practice a couple of jutsu that hadn't been perfected yet. He formed the seal of the snake and a clone comprised of wood appeared in front of him.

Jurei held out his hand to prepare one of his most deadly techniques. He released a large amount of chakra and began to condense it firmly, pushing it all into a small space where he trapped it with more chakra.

He began to focus harder now, forcing the energy within his palm to begin to spin in multiple different directions. A slight whir was given off as a bright blue ball of chakra spun in his hand. He charged at the clone and plunged the technique deep into its body watching it fly back and turn to splinters. "Rasengan!" he said facing a vacant spot in the forest.

He formed a couple more hand seals and a large wooden structure began to sprout from the ground, a perfect place to take a nice nap. For now his training was done.

Howaido came to the tracks as her scent became thin again. It was strange her scent disappeared as he followed the tracks. The wind was perfect though, he could smell it easily if she had truly gone that way. He paused as he thought,"Kuchiyose no jutsu." Gamakichi appeared out of a thin cloud of smoke as he summoned the large young toad. "Gamakichi-san, you can utilize nature chakra to an extent cant you?" Gamakichi frowned as the request was made,"Im not very good at it, I can only use it for a few seconds at a time, why?" Howaido thought then nodded,"Thats fine, can you use it to sense the chakra trail leading off of these tracks?" Gamakichi hesitated a moment then slapped his hands together,'"Well I can try eh?" Howaido waited patiently as Gamakichi staid absolutely still and finally responded. "The tracks are a bluff, who ever you were tracking started getting smart. The chakra heads off a mile to the west before it ends, at least thats as far as I can see. So, anything else for me Howaido-san?" Howaido stood up looking off in the direction given and turned back to Gamakichi. "Im going off in that direction, check with the Leaf village for me just in case." Gamakichi nodded as he hopped off,"Yosh!" Howaido kept going and sure enough the trail picked back up here and her scent was incredibly strong from being down wind again. "Now lets give her a nice surprise."

Alex sprinted all out but eventully had to slow or collapse. he made his way to sand thinking it might be better that way.[to sand gates.]

before he could get to sand Alex turned back around and headed for leaf changing his mind and confusing any trackers

"Come along now! This way! We'll be in the land of Fire before you know it!" Anon called out, goading on the huge caravan of traders. Sighing, he looked forwards on the trail, noticing many unique trees and plants along the way. Shaking his head, he sped up and increased the pace of the caravan.

Jae had started to tone down her chatter as they moved further and further along on their journey. The further they moved away from Konoha, the more anxious she grew. As skilled as Jae was becoming there was still a lot for her to learn and she knew without a doubt that she was not as skilled as she should be. A wave of inadequacy struck her and with that wave came a lapse of silent. The ramen shop owner looked down at her as they walked, his brows drawing together in his concern. She had been so hyper and excited a couple of hours ago and now she was silent and morbid. It was a total personality swap which would make most worry."A penny for your thoughts." The owner said, his concern break through her reprieve. Blinking rapidly, she looked up at him, a little confused by his inquiry. ]"Huh? Oh. No! I'm perfectly fine. I got all quiet on you sir, sorry." She said, donning that fox faced bravado she wore when she was hiding in her shell. He looked doubtful, knowing that to try and draw things out of a teenage girl was like taking on the most dangerous of missions. He let the silence fall between them, Jae appreciating it.
