Hey guys.I know this guild seems alittle dull.but you guys have to come to an understanding.when i first made my gaia avatar.i named him my pokemon Super trainer.i dont know if any of you guys knew im planing on being a game desighner..and whats in the Draico Region are part of my ideas.But We all need to work together.Every leader Needs to go to different pokemon Guilds.and get other people from other guilds to join.and ask what Teams They want to join.

i can see people reading this and think "well my team does nothing so why should i?" get of your arse and do something about it, in Team Chaos we have over 210 posts and we are running a Team Galactic vs Team Chaos story as this guild doesnt have enough members to kick it of.
So here is my plan of action:
1. we have minimum of 3 tames maximum 4, all the other members have to pick between the 3-4 teams
2. we run a main story arc for everyone and sub story arcs for each team, we already have a forum area for user-run story arcs.
3. an Experience system, we make it so all current members have level 5 pokemon and have 30 rare candies ( second in comand 40, team leader leader 50) and a special offer to people who join before a certain date gets 30, after that they get 25.
4.special events to get rare pokemon, items or more rare candies every 2 weeks-1 month via random number
5. adoption center where you can give up pokemon any time or get pokemon (limit 1 per month)
6.trade center where you can trade your pokemon, once you choose your pokemon you cant change them, you can only put them in the PC. you can get pokemon through special events, trades and adotion centre.

to help make this work I am donating 5000 to this guild, also if you make me a mod i will send everyone who hasnt posted a messege saying if you do not post within 72 hours (3 days ) youwill be kicked for inactivity

after re-reading your post again, what members roughly the 8 active and the 20 who have made a post or the 80% who have not even made a post.
the 80% is possibly an understatement

Why don't you make button links for the site and we could pop them in our signature. It would be advertising for the guild sorry I can't make them but that's the only idea I can think of.

All people who dont post at least once every three days will most likely going to get kicked out, so join a team and have fun rp-ing or something

I do post but I don't get on like I used too so if I get kicked out I'll know why with all the new rules that you guys are coming up with. If you let me stick around I'll most likely hangout in the Chatt area.

If you let me stick around I'll most likely hangout in the Chatt area. about the 'post every 3 days' if you give a valid reason in a thread specifically for this topic. say a thread to explain that you will be away or that your here to support the guild. but rona if you want to support the guild try do some advertisement why we try to save this guild ok wink here is the letter I wrote which will need editing for certain rules " To whom is concerned, you have received this final warning due to sever inactivity in 'The Draico Region', there will be a new rule to be enforced. The new rule states and I quote "every user must post at least once every three day's, if a user refuses to comply he will be kicked from the guild unless he/she has a valid reason". you now have 72 hours beginning at 5pm est to post or you will be kicked, this is your final warning, from a concerned mod with authority, Light Glory XD" what do you think?

I like it even though I think it would be funny that I'd probably be the first crew member to get kicked out of this guild. It's also my first time being a crew member of a guild. I wonder how you go about making the buttons for signatures... I wish I could draw. I'm off to think of other things to do to help the guild.
