I've heard some interesting theories.
One that I thought made sense was that the it says " 3 D 2 Y " meaning three days, two years, with three days crossed out. That would probably mean the crew wouldn't meet up for 2 years if the theory was true. Maybe a timeskip?
What do you guys think his tattoo stands for?

3 days 2 years thinking about it i really don't know
3 days he flew through the sky away from his crew
2 years is the difference in age between him and ace, he had to wait 2 years to go out to sea after ace so maybe the 2 years thing represents ace and how he'll really never be able to truely surpass him?

There's a theory about Sabo's flag and Ace' "S" tattoo too. ^^

They are supposed to meet up 3 days after Luffy's recovery but I guess they're going to prepare for the New World.

Chopper studying medicine.
Franky on Vegapunk's lab.
Robin joining Dragon's revolution.
Ussopp getting fit and wants to the king of sniping.
Nami in Weatheria.
Sanji on Kama Island with Ivakov.
Zoro training with Mihawk
And Luffy, training with Rayleigh.

There will be no One Piece for 4 weeks btw... Hm.. Probably to give the illusion that 2 years have passed.
It's going to be one hell of a ride if Luffy bears a son with Boa.

Ya there will be no son with Boa if you ask me,I think that the whole Boa deal is kinda a continuing joke, that would be ridiculous if Luffy had a son

I believe I have read that Oda has specifically stated that there will be no romance between his characters. It's not something he wants the story to center around.
