That game burned out my brother's screen...it runs 500 frames a second! Thank goodness my bro changed the setting to 60 frames a second before my screen burns out...

Why...why would they need it to be over 60 fps? The human eye has limitations. I think they're just showing off.

Or maybe they're just trying to reduce lag and make everything look absolutely SPECTACULAR, i mean my effect settings are all on low, and the one big cutscene in the game still look like absolutely amazing!
