Ghana's good but not Spain good or Netherlands good. US went in with a loser game-plan and it reflected.. Besides if we did win it would probably just piss off the rest of the world..

Besides if we did win it would probably just piss off the rest of the world.. Happy for Spain, but mad that I couldn't cash in with my soccer pool lol. Dropped from second to eighth despite calling the Final [wrongly]. Holland had enough chances to win, but they couldn't really find their form. Spain was able to get the better of the luck and edge out a deserved win. Not a pretty game, but exciting with all the chances. The ref should have let these teams play a little bit more; he really slowed down the pace of the game. Both goalies played very well, I'll add. The wait will be long, but I hope the USA finally gets it right in 4 years...

While most of you had the World Cup to fall back on during the off season, I fall back on Hockey! Despite being eliminated in the divisional round by the eventual Stanley Cup Champion Blackhawks, I was very happy for my Vancouver Canucks. They did a good job this year, and I can only hope they can get the final piece of the puzzle they need to put together a championship team that can finally bring home their first Stanley Cup championship.

One i don't really care for soccer but i respect it for what it is. Now as good as usa was they were going to make sure we werent going to not just win it but not play in the top 16 whatever thing. But i'm glad it's over and classic college football is coming more frequently and the awesome 2007 Boise State V.S Oklahoma Fiesta Bowl came on a few days ago, pretty fun rofl

Argus Plexus Soccer is ghey. Just sayin... This. The World Cup was boring for me. Unless Colombia was in it, I would of been excited. But, no after the Finals no one gives a s**t about soccer now. It's about Baseball and the Football.
