Oooh, it was such a wonderful day. Starlet was out and about the forest and fields, just enjoying being back in her home lands. Since she had left many new horses came to live in the area, and that meant many new horses for her to meet! So she sent off earlier to make sure she had time to meet as many as she could.
The mist from the damp night was just starting to clear off the ground, and the grass was still wet. But everything was quite in the field.

Opal was walking from the forest alone. He just wanted to eat berries like always. His favorite food was strawberries and during summer really delicious ones grew up in the forest. He was almost outside when his long hair get catch up in the branch of a small tree. "Oh crap, again" he just said laughing. It was not the first time he got problem with his long mane and hair.

Having been so quiet out, the voice and laughter of the other carried to the mares ears. She looked around and followed the voice toward the direction of the forest. It didn't take long for her to spot the stallion who's mane was stuck in the three.
"Do you need some help?"

Opal almost had a heart attack when he heard the voice. The forest was quiet and more the mare in front of him right now was night colored. If she didn't have pink hair and color, he would not have seen her.
"With pleasure" he finaly said after realising he was staring at her, almost forgetting about his hair.

Starlet blinked at him a couple times, before he responded, and she nodded making her way over. "It might pull a little..." She told him, so he would be prepared, and she did the best she could in getting his mane free. It seemed like that amount of hair was problematic. And after some time, Starlet got his mane free.
"There, that should do it." His mane was now a bit of a mess, but she didn't care. She was worried that he had been stuck there for awhile.

Opal didn't really look worried. It was not the first time so he was used to it. Even if it hurt a little everytime.
"Thank you so much, you saved me. It would have been a problem if I was stucked here longer" he laughed. "My name is Opal. Nice to meet you"

Starlet nodded at him and gave a little smile. "My name is Starlet." She took a few steps back to give him room to come out from the brush. "I take it this happens a fair amount?" His mane and tail were so long, it wouldn't surprise her if it did.

He bowed a little. "Nice to meet you Starlet"
Walking aways from the branches, paying attention not being stucked in new ones. "Yes sadly it happen quite a lot. And for cleaning it is horrible too, but well my two legged love long hair so I want to make her happy"

Starlet looked over at him, and then had think about if her two leger liked her hair, but when she thought about it, all the horses had different kinds of hair...
"Well thats very nice of you." Starlet smiled at it. "She must like you very much for doing that."

((so sorry for the wait, I started school and it took me lots of time))
"I guess yes, and she loves making hairstyle. It is her who braided my hair. Anyway, thank you again for your help. What are you doing arround here ? It is not really safe for a young mare to go outside during night near the forest."
then he realised it was not night anymore. "Well even during day it is dangerous"
