I'm posting the first profile without a discussion thread to mainly show a good example of a complete profile. However, in the abilities section, it does not show ten concrete abilities that Sumi can use. I wrote it in that style to show you an example of what could be an exception. I may or may not use this character but if anyone wants my character to join their RP, I would gladly join.

Also, this profile is actually a lot shorter than what I usually like to make my profiles.

Name: Sumi Akai
Origin: Akai clan

Gender: Female
Age: 21
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 150 lbs
Body Build: Tall, curvatious body. Her breasts are...quite large, which could provide a good distraction when in battle.
Eyes: Bright red and almond shaped. The sharp color of her eyes are piercing and strong and can easily intimidate those not used to seeing eyes such as hers.
Hair: Straight, black hair that almost curves around her head, bangs hanging low below her eyes, sometimes hiding them. Her bangs can be swooped to the sides to allow more visibility. This is usually only seen in combat.
Clothing: Her large breasts are covered by a small black halter top with a thick red stripe going down the middle. The colar covers her chest and neck but the shirt does not cover anything below her breasts. Underneath her 'shirt' she wears mesh that covers her arms, disappearing just underneath her black fingerless gloves (The mesh travels down only halfway down her stomach). She wears boots whose height end just below her knee where she hides a number of knives (just incase). More mesh trails down from her black shorts, ending halfway down her thighs, and hanging from her hip is a small pouch containing various small weapons such as throwing knives, stars, and needles.
Personality: Her biggest feature is her like of studying the people around her. Humans fascinate her: their personalities, habits, the way they react in certain situations, everything. She'll sometimes look for the "truth" in people, what's really there, sometimes realizing that sometimes, she can't even find the truth in herself. Sumi also has an amazing ability to lie without showing any hint that she's lying at all. Her love of taking on new "personalities" or "identities" is what mainly contributes to her ability to lie so well (which could also help her take on a career in acting). She loves to deceive and fool around with people, especially men, due to her deep hatred for them (lesbian!). Those who are even able to get close to her learn quickly that she can be quite harsh and cold, showing barely any emotion at all.

Character Background

Personal History: Sumi grew in a world of achievement as a child. However, despite her achievement, she was not quite content. Life at home was horrible. Her eldest sister was quite promiscuous, bringing home many different men at any given time of the night. Her eldest brother (oldest of the siblings) was also quite the whore but at least he did not bring the women home. However, he had taken advantage of Sumi a number of times. Her other brother, the sibling just older than herself, was a drug addict and pushed his love of drugs on both Sumi and her younger sister Aiko. On the rare moments that the boy wasn't high, he was quite cranky and abusive, taking out his frustrations and anger on Sumi. Eventually she snapped and ended up killing the entire family except for Aiko (though she did come close to doing so).
Seeing that Sumi's family was so large, those who were living with the clan at the time decided to lable the event the "Akai Family Massacre". Shortly after, Sumi managed to escape certain death staying with her clan and decided to take on the life of an assassin after meeting a man who assigned her with a task of taking out one of his enemies. She enjoyed the job so much that she will take on almost any request whether it be a simple task to aquire some information or as large as taking out leaders of powerful governments.

Family History: The Akai clan is among the newer established clans. They specialize in mental/memory altercations and illusions, and are known for having large amounts of energy which is good for their types of techniques.
Sumi's parents were the leaders of the clan, leaving their family unsupervised quite often due to how busy they were all the time. Luckily (or maybe not), they believed that they could trust their oldest son to take care of the family while they were gone and we see how that turned out. However, Sumi and Aiko grew up to counterbalance the mistakes of their elder siblings though Sumi takes it to the more extreme side.

Additional Info/Notes: (top secret!) Sumi's youngest sister, Aiko, managed to seal all memories of herself just as Sumi was about to kill her. This was how she was able to survive and escape. Sumi does not know the girl even exists anymore. Her whereabouts are currently unknown.

Combat Info (for combat RPs)

Regulary Equipment/Weaponry: Basically all small handheld weapons: knives, throwing stars, kunai, needles, and other sharp pointing things (good for penetration biggrin )

>Though Sumi lacks strength in her arms, she does have a decent amount of strength in her legs, which is good if she were to be caught in some type of hold. Her usual response is to stab the person, however, if that was not a good choice to make, she'd push or kick the person off after weakening their grip whether it be by illusionary techniques or a regular distraction.

>Sumi specializes in the use of knives and other small weapons. This, added with her excellent speed (among the fastest of most of her other clan members) is an excellent combination. However, she must be extremely careful with her work because if she were to be touched, there is a chance she could be grabbed in a hold she cannot get out of (though she generally uses illusionary techniques to relieve this). Plus, her pain tolerance is very low. She could easily be put out of commission if hurt badly enough. However, if the need is high, she'd keep going, whether it be for the money or some other strong incentive that she may be striving for.

Abilities
metsuki hiiro - these eyes are passed down only in the Akai clan from which Sumi had come from. They allow the user to enhance all of their illusionary techniques through eye contact. If the user is able to make physical contact as well, the effects are even stronger. Special memory techniques such as looking into a person's past and showing the user's own past to another person are special abilities the eyes possess. The metsuki hiiro also allows the user to sense a person's energies from far distances and in a way "see" that energy in colors depending on the person's type of energy. However, those who posses these eyes must have made physical contact with someone else at least once to be able to sense their energy. One other ability that her eyes enable the user to do is the ability to control someone's actions to a certain extent, just by making eye contact. Of course, as always, physical contact as well enhance the effects greatly. With enough energy and concentration, one could kill someone with such a technique.

Looking into history and showing a past event
o The technique that allows Sumi to look into the history of those around her can only be performed if she has both physical and eye contact. This technique is used often among the Akai clan as a way to obtain important information about the person they are using it on or to obtain information the person has previously obtained himself. The drawback is that it consumes a lot of energy and images of the scenes the user has seen will sometimes flash through their mind. This has been known to drive some of the clan members insane. It is not recommended for someone with a weak mind to perform this technique.
o One skill the Akai clan possesses is the ability to show a “victim” a segment of memory or, when in “the room”, the user can manipulate with their victim’s memory or mind in general.
 Memory: The Akai clan is driven by their memory and others. To fool with one’s memory would be simple for an advanced metsuki hiiro user such as Sumi. With a simple touch, the user can send their victim into “the room” where their memory is toyed with as the user pleases. This may seem like a while for the user but in reality, the process takes only half a second.
 Mind: “the room” can be used as a place of torture. Anything that happens can be felt by the “victim” physically though no real physical damage is made to the body. The user can drive a person insane with one trip to “the room” however there are side effects for the user. If one were to toy with someone too long, their body reacts in negative ways. The furthest anyone has ever gone was a simple nose bleed and head ache.
o Sumi uses this technique mainly as a lie detector. Sometimes she’ll look into a person’s past just for fun. However, when she’s taking out a target, if her target is too strong, she wouldn’t dare take a look into his past. Sumi has found a way to keep the flashes of memory from effecting her by sealing all those memories into a seal concealed right behind her right ear. She can access this information freely but if she wants to show these memories to other people she’d have to undo the seal, which could have some dangerous side effects that are not yet known.

Controlling one's will
o With simple eye contact, those of the Akai clan can control one’s will. The user does not have to give up any bodily functions, only large amounts of energy. When physical contact is made, the effect is strengthened exponentially, leaving little to no room for the victim to resist the user’s will, depending on their mental and physical strength. When taken further, the technique can potentially kill the user’s opponent.
