I figure since I haven't seen one in here yet.. I'll make one!
Here's a thread to rant and gripe in, about anything that bothers you. Doesn't have to be coherent. Vent your frustrations!

The girls at my school are so immature...I go to an all girls school and today we had representatives from various other school come over for a confrence. Naturally there were guys that came along and so the courtyard was filled with squealing girls going "Ooh boys!" I mean come on, we're meant to be showing that we are a good school... stare

My landlord's son basically chased off one of our cats the day we were to hand the keys over. >_< We have some options right now to hopefully get him back, and I personally am clinging to hope right now, as I don't want to think of the alternative. *grumbleprofanitygrumble*

I'm not sure exactly, but he's at least in his twenties. I didn't meet him as my mom sent me to drop our dog off at our friends house. I think she was trying to prevent the otherwise unavoidable assault charges I would have gotten if I had been there when he showed back up, lol. The cats would have been fine if he had waited for us to show up with the keys, but he just went inside and let them out without waiting for us to show up. >_<

I am going to be 20 this summer, I have lived with my boyfriend since a week after I turned 18.. and I think sometime soon, I'd like to just drop all contact with my family. All of them.
For reference, my sister has her own place and two kids and lives a little down the street from my mom. My mom's place flooded last November. So she got a new place and moved. Discovered that one of the dolls I've had since I was little (that was indeed once my sister's), my mom tossed. She said "oh, I thought it was your sister's, so I asked her if she wanted it and she said no, so I threw it away". And all I can think is "woman. she has her own ******** house. do you not think that if it were hers, that it would not be there?" Oh, and all those stuffed animals that I've had since I was little? She gave to my nephews. I told her I at least want my nala back. Just once again, another ******** brilliant example of her failing to think of me. My stuff, my little bits of happy memories (since I had a decently shitty childhood), she doesn't have room for, so she gets rid of them. Without thinking of me at all.
But yet as soon as she gets home and online, if I'm not online also, she starts up this calling fest, and saying that "she was worried since I wasn't online". She never paid attention to me while I lived there, what the ******** does it matter I have a life when I don't? Yes, I realize I live over a thousand miles away, but you ever think I moved this far away for a reason?
And my sister. She's 9 years older than me, and hates it if I can do ANYTHING better than her. She never graduated, and hates it any time I correct her in anything. Starts up these big fights that are completely ridiculous. Oh, and when I finally visit for the holidays, the whole entire time she bitches "yeah, that's why you're mom's favorite". Yeah, I'm so totally the favorite that she dedicates time and money to come visit me (she's straight up said she never will 'cause she can't afford it.. right...). Oh yeah, and how about that doll or those stuffed animals, I was REALLY at the top of her list of people to ask if they wanted it (even though they were mine) before she gave them to her. She's drama obsessed and loves her gossip, and I honestly just don't talk to her anymore since I've moved. And my dad? He's too busy working to talk to me. I went down there with my boyfriend to visit for a week, and he was too busy working on my brother in law's boat to even notice me saying hi. And then says he's sorry he didn't get to spend more time with me. It's not at all my fault, it's not like I was hiding while I was there.
So no, I don't think there'd be much to miss in dropping contact. Nothing at all.

I'm sorry to hear you're going through all that right now. Family drama is hard to deal with, to be sure. I hope things work out for you, whatever path you take.

I ordered the textbooks for my new college class, recieved them and started reading them. I show up for the first day of class, and they tell me that I had such "fantastic grades" (3.75)in the last 2 classes I got to skip that class and take the next one. Great....anyone want a book on the history of Childhood education? The CDrom is still in the plastic and the book is brand spanking new.LOL Not to be undone by this, I run to the book store and try to find the book for the class I am supposed to be in NOW. And they are sold out. So, with no textbook and a pile of reading to do I asked if I could borrow someone elses book long enough to make copies of the reading. No one offered to let me, not even the proffessor. So, I am bookless and facing a pile of homework that is freaking me out and I think that maybe I should just drop this class before it gets any more horrid. Take it next semester. Still want to scream every time I think about this major ...frackup. Which is followed by the urge to consume a lot of chocolate and cry.

It's looking like I won't be going to fanime this year. First my bf doesn't put in for the time off until it's too late, he manages to lose EVERY piece to my costume (even if he finds it at this point I won't have time to finish it as parts still need to be hemmed/sewn), and now I don't know how I'm going to get the money for my ticket because he won't pay for it and my mom can't front me the money. >_<

I hate cooking with oil. I can't do it without getting burnt at all. And I seem to have picked up this bad habit of pulling out my eyebrow hairs..

I recall the time I tried to cook grits with ham. Did you know that when you put the ham directly into the pan, you risk food poisoning? I learned that... crying
