some people think its a sin against god or unnatural.

And others are warming up to the fact that this is the next big thing in civil rights and they should just go with it.

I do believe it is a wrong and unnatural and gross.

It is nothing like women's rights or African American's rights to me.

But I won't bash anyone for being gay. Just won't approve is all.

Here's the way I see it. If someone loves another person enough to marry them, they should be allowed to, whether it be a woman or man. And if all of those people are really doomed to go to hell, so be it, they were able to be happy, with the person they love. *shrug* Or at least that's my thoughts on it.

I agree.
States that prohibit gay marriage are basically saying that gays can't be the people that they are.
Christians believe gays will go to hell for their ways.
We don't actually know what "heaven" or "hell" are.
No one does.
There is no right answer.
I do believe there is a God.
What I don't believe is that God is an actual person, but a loving force.
God wouldn't create something that would be tortured for all eternity.
I also believe that no matter the person, we all are sent to the same place after death.

I personally do not see what the issue is. Allowing Gay marriage isn't going to hurt anyone. And people who fret over the idea that it'll turn their kids gay needs to pull their heads out of their arses and notice these things:

1. Gay marriage won't turn your kids gay any more than straight marriage turns gay kids straight.
2. Being gay is not a bad thing.
3. Gay marriage will not "create more gay people."
4. Don't knock it 'till you've tried it. dramallama

what will turn a kid gay is dumbing down children's TV until its nothing but fabulous flamboyant crap. Seriously, I liked fairly odd parents until they made it a giant fluff-fest of baby powder and rehashed jokes. don't even get me started on Pokemon either.

People who dislike gay marriage need to get some gay friends and see if it changes their minds. D:

It's rare that a homophobe ever comes completely to terms with gay people. I know. One of my best friends turned out to be a homophobe. Heh, now we rarely even pass each other in the hallway. (Yeah, I know, it's ridiculous that he goes that far out of his way to avoid a gay guy.)

There's not a lot of things that will turn a person gay, actually.
If you are a guy who is a few years above puberty and you don't like guys, then chances are you will never like guys.
The only thing I could really see turning a guy gay is if he was raped and tortured by a women and then became distrustful of the opposite sex.
Sexuality is something that comes to you, it's not that flexible.

Well, I can understand that if you're Christian, you won't like it at all. It is from your own believe to bound a woman and man to get together for children and such. And the Pope is also against it.

I really approve and I still think it's ridicules not to. Time changes, live with it! People can feel different about marriage now!

And in some point of view... gay or not, it is in some point all gross... (And when I was a little child, it was also unnatural).
