This area is the office for the Lieutenant of the 12th Division, Hideki Uchiro. Its semi-clean, though there are stacks of papers randomly about the office, consisting of both technical division things as well as research and sketches for inventions as well as radical information. His desk is located in the middle of the room, which is directly in front of the sliding doors that are used as the entrance. Behind the desk is a mini-lab, for the moments he has epiphinomenon. This lab has small amounts of everything the normal lab does, aside from highly infectious things or items marked dangerous. There is a large book shelf to the left of the desk, it lines the wall.

12th Division Captain - Hakase Hei For whatever purpose, there was currently a small girl within this room. Needless to say, she looked out of place. Clad in a white kosode and hakama, tan hair, red eyes, slender legs and elegant fingers, a small stature, no chest, a few curves here and there, a girl nonetheless. She was child-like in every sense, which would explain the idle way she looked around the room with her chin atop the desk and the careless way her feet swung back and forth, unable to touch the ground. She was currently occupying Hideki's chair, the one that sat in front of his work desk. The furniture dwarfed her, to say the least. The chair had to be risen to it's full height and even then she could barely see over it, just enough so that the desk top came right to her armpits. Eventually a sigh escaped her lips, an exasperated one that signified impatience. She seemed to be waiting for something, and the impression given by her was such that she truly needed to be found by someone, simply because she looked lost. However, despite this impression, she had no desire to be quote en quote 'found'. Rather, she desired an audience with at least one person, and a favor from at least two others. Such favors would be withheld for the time being; they were less important on an scale. What really troubled her, or at least bothered her, was the manner in which it was taking her newest recruit to arrive. The manner was slow, and this did not please her one bit, and this was reflected by her narrowed eyes and bored look as she sat there with little noise but the sound of steadily drumming fingers....Currently a 8-10 year old girl for some weird reason. Perhaps there are drugs involved. Either way, she's adorable. She'll still kill you though.

~Hideki Uchiro ~ 十二Junibantai, Fukutaichou 十二 The entrance to the office opened up quickly, small mumbling sounds being heard as it slid open. A soft patter of steps as Hideki stepped in was all that was heard with the mumbling, then the soft scrape of the door closing, a click confirming it was closed. A shuffle of paper within his hand occurred as he turned a page and moved over to the book shelf to the left of his desk. He looked over the papers to place his finger on the spines of the books and move over them, scanning for a specific one. Upon finding it, he removed it from its resting place and opened it to about half way and moved towards his desk. He was to preoccupied upon entering the room to even notice the small child in his guest chair. He sat down and kept his gaze low, down at the book and papers. He pulled out a small brush and an ink stone, swashing the tip of the brush in the ink he made swift adjustments to whatever was on the paper. He heard a shuffle in the hallway and glanced up, looking directly at this small child and back down at his work. He began to scribble some things down before a swift breath in with an accompanying 'ore?' and the dropping of his brush was all that came from Hideki. His head slowly lifted itself to look upon her and he place a hand on his chin, and rested that arm on the desk with his elbow and looked at her with a raised eyebrow. "Would you mind telling me why a small young girl is currently sitting, seemingly aimlessly, in my office?" Hideki was oh so very curious to find out who this was, she had to get past everything Hei set up to defend the division thus far, so she had some knowledge of this area.

12th Division Captain - Hakase Hei Not once did she turn to look at Hideki as he entered and fiddled with his stuff. Neither did she bother to scream out as he sat down and ignored her. In fact, she seemed to play along with it all. Her face, while it held a glare, it was a sort of blank glare, one that held little feeling in it. She made no noise, but watched with her tiny chin on the desk as he wrote things to himself. He looked up, and spoke and she was still staring. For several moments their eyes locked, and she said nothing. Perhaps she was testing him, or perhaps she was at a loss for words. Regardless, even when he asked her such a simple question, she had no response. Instead she stared at him intently, apparently under the assumption that a staring contest was at hand....Currently a 8-10 year old girl for some weird reason. Perhaps there are drugs involved. Either way, she's adorable. She'll still kill you though.

~Hideki Uchiro ~ 十二Junibantai, Fukutaichou 十二 Hideki tilted his head to the right as she continued to stare, and then leaned forward, continuing the locked stares. He raised and eyebrow and then reached around with his right hand and tapped her shoulder, to see what she would do. He had an odd feeling this child meant more than she let on, that or she really was just that, a child. It could have been possible that it was Tsukiko, but she would only come for a reason, she was normally attached to Hei by the hip. She didn't seem like she was going to stop the gaze so he'd let the tap speak for itself and see what would come from it.

12th Division Captain - Hakase Hei Though she was tapped, she didn't react, in fact, his tap hadn't moved her even a fraction of an inch. Under normal circumstances, one would assume that a fully grown man would be able to move a 9 year old with a mere tap, but this instance would perhaps make the scientists of the human world rethink their theories on force, had they been able to see it. With his touch, she didn't budge, it was like him tapping a stone wall.
Silence ensued for several minutes until she would finally react and it was probably not what he was expecting. A pink tongue slipped between two lips and she blew a raspberry at the man, spraying him with saliva. As if that weren't humiliating enough, she would kick him in the shin from under the desk. "Idiot." Speaking for the first time and this was all she had to say. An adorable voice she held, it was soft on the ears, and lacked anything unpleasant....Currently a 8-10 year old girl for some weird reason. Perhaps there are drugs involved. Either way, she's adorable. She'll still kill you though.

~Hideki Uchiro ~ 十二Junibantai, Fukutaichou 十二 Hideki's face would contort as saliva hit his face. He took in a deep breath only for it to be let out when she unexpectedly kicked his shin. He, actually, almost hit his head upon the desk from that very movement. He moved his shihakushou sleeve over his face and wiped away the saliva and looked at her. He recalled his tap not doing anything to her, and her actually approach to him was off, when going with her appearance. He, again, took in a deep breath and placed his hands on the desk. "What...are you?" He was looking in her eyes, and used 'what' to signify that he believe her to be anything from soul to machine and anything in between.

12th Division Captain - Hakase Hei Her glare reset itself and she stared at him through narrowed for several seconds before blowing a second raspberry at him, this time with more intensity. "I would assume one such as yourself would be able to tell right off the bat that I am, in fact, a 9 year old girl. Then again, if you cannot even get this equation correct, perhaps you aren't so smart after all." Demurely she poked the paper in front of Hideki with her right ring finger, pointing out the error in one of his equations, as well as two logical fallacies within the contents of the paper, all without even looking at it. This simple act was enough to alert the trained eye to several things; one, that she was likely smarter than Hideki, two, that she could read upside down and backwards with great ease and didn't need to sit up to read it, three that she had an intimate knowledge of the paper itself and four that she had a photographic memory such that after looking at it once she could navigate the paper and locate the errors by distance and feel alone, with no need to look.
Unblinking, she continued to stare at Hideki waiting for something. Until finally she pushed her chair from the desk, moving the desk towards Hideki at the same time her chair moved back. For seemingly no reason at all, she went about this with quite a strange method. Rather than move her hand to the edge of the desk, she pushed down on the desk with her fingertips and maneuvered herself out in this manner. Once away from the desk, she hopped out of her chair and onto the ground, which was easily half a foot below her feet. "If that girl takes much longer, her training will 5 times harsher than I had intended." Mumbling to herself, she began pacing back and forth across the room with her hands behind her back....Currently a 8-10 year old girl for some weird reason. Perhaps there are drugs involved. Either way, she's adorable. She'll still kill you though.

~Hideki Uchiro ~ 十二Junibantai, Fukutaichou 十二 Hideki lifted his head up and leaned back in his chair as she spoke, baffled that she'd say such things for her age. When she spoke of the equation he lifted an inquisitive eyebrow and leaned forward to look at her, and then at the paper. He scanned it quickly and returned his gaze to her, narrowing his eyes as he did. He licked his lips to moisten them and took a breath, "Upside down, the ability to actually know that it was wrong, and all without making a move to read it above the current height you can achieve in that seat. There is only one person..." He stopped himself as she pushed herself from the desk and started talking about training some girl. Wasn't Hei just assigned to train someone...I think he was, if my memory serves me right.
Hideki stood up from the desk and moved over to the lab behind him, placing his hands on the edge of the counter top and brainstormed for a moment. He examined, slightly, how she moved away from the desk, and the fact that she could move the desk itself as she did so, meant she was powerful, and for such a small stature everyone would have known her if she were 'commonly' seen. The only person his thoughts led to were his captain, and in all scenario's, Hei was daring enough to test just about anything, both theoretically and physically. He must have made something to do this to himself. He had all these thoughts flowing through his head, and, in real time, it took only a few seconds to do so. Soon after him moving over to the back of the room he turned and moved to the side of his desk. "That you, Hei-taichou." His eyes narrowed to something akin to a Kitsune and he moved his eyes to look over to the girl. It was more of a rhetorical statement, because only he and Hei had free access to this offices' books and papers, no one else would truly understand it enough to see a flaw in it; Hei was the only person capable of a feat like that, that he was confident in, choice wise.

12th Division Captain - Hakase Hei Pausing, she touched her middle and ring fingers to her forehead, letting the other fingers of her right hand fan out and touch nothing but air. Rolling her eyes, she let out a short sigh, one that reflected her impatience. "Perhaps you do have a brain after all." It was really quite adorable, the way she moved about. a serious 9 year old was just so hard to come by that it only made her more adorable. For a reason yet to be explained, Hei was now a young girl, and this form seemed have adverse effects on him. While he remained a genius and ridiculously powerful, his maturity and mentality had dwindled.
It was luck that allowed her to function properly without getting too distracted by things that would normally entice a child. In fact, there were some things that had already gotten the better of her; she was currently toting around a stuffed bear that was seated in the corner of the room on s stack of papers. Though of unknown origins, one could assume it belonged to Yuki or Tsukiko....Currently a 8-10 year old girl for some weird reason. Perhaps there are drugs involved. Either way, she's adorable. She'll still kill you though.

~Hideki Uchiro ~ 十二Junibantai, Fukutaichou 十二 Hideki gave a warm and quite sarcastic closed mouth mhmhmm kind of laughs upon her statement, only to lower his head towards the end of its long and drug out ending. He let out a sigh as he 'let out' this inner laugh, and took another breath and looked to her. "Well, I can't exactly punish you. You're my captain. But there is...something quite degrading to hear something like that coming from someone so...little. Even if its you, Hei-taichou." A look of nonchalant annoyance played across his face until it was shaken away with a movement of his face. He moved to the bookshelf to return the book he had taken out and looked back at Hei. "You don't come for charity visits. What do you want with me?" Hideki made his approach to this situation quite direct. This kind of approach was only done due to his knowledge of how his captain actually is, and everything he said wasn't an insult, but, rather, the truth in and of itself.

Looking up at him, she merely narrowed her eyes, stared for a few seconds, then looked away. "Originally, I was meant to teach some child to learn their likely weak-as-hell Shikai, but as she has not shown herself yet, I've decided upon something else." Twirling on her heel, she marched over to where her bear was seated, picked him up and clutched him close to her chest. "There is a certain someone I wish to deal with... You will escort me to Hueco Mundo, understood? Of course it is." Making her way to the door, she opened it and turned to look at him, tapping her foot with a great deal of impatience. "Well come on! I haven't got all day!" With an aggravated exhalataion of breath, she snatched up the two katana lying just inside the door and vanished down the hallway.

~Hideki Uchiro ~ 十二Junibantai, Fukutaichou 十二 "Tsk. I'm not sure if I like this childish Hei that much." Hideki narrowed his eyes at Hei as he moved down the hallway. Moving over to his desk, just behind it, resting against it, he picked Datenshi from its place and slid it through his Hakama-himo along the base of his back and moved along behind Hei, catching up swiftly. Upon a few seconds of walking, Hideki pocketted his hands and strolled behind the little woman Hei. In the moments of silence Hideki thought but soon came out with a question, "So who is it you wish to see in Hueco Mundo. 'Someone have a death order?" Hideki lifted an eyebrow and tilted his head to the side as he spoke, whether Hei saw it or not wasn't really a matter, he cared not if he did or did not.

Small blue earbuds rested in her ears, resonating loudly a pop song from them. The girl bobbed her head to the beat, whispering the song lyrics from under her breath. With her hands stuffed in her pockets, a blank expression appeared on her dark face. One that expressed boredom more than anything, despite her singing the song lyrics. How many days she had been in this division? Two? Three? Hell, she didn't even know. She hated to admit this, but she was too wrapped up in her little video game to even bother venturing outside the squad barracks. It was a message from her Captain that got her out of her small room. If he didn't, she would've still been in her room, playing that some ole game and not get any work done. Well, that is, if she had any. A small yawn escaped her lips as she ventured down the hallway, silently wondering when and where the Vice-Captain's office was. She was so sure it was down this hallway.
"I can tell you want me, too...And every time I think of you... That luscious juice your lips produce... I can taste that sweet love juice..." Came the lyrics from under her breath. Ntozake would've went on, if she hadn't noticed two individuals walking towards her from the opposite directions. A little girl and the Vice-Captain. The woman wondered briefly why Vice-Captain was with her, but she quickly dismissed those thoughts. They weren't any of her business. She came to a stop, removing her hands from her pockets and removed one earbud from out of her ear. Olive eyes looked the two over for a moment before speaking up. "Ehh... Vice-Captain... Have you stumbled upon the Captain recently?" She asked, flashing him quite a nervous smile.

"I'm not sure if I like your face or not, but you don't see me complaining!" She called from down the hall; her hearing was still absurd. A typical childish retort from a little girl. When he caught up with her, she was still clutching her bear to her chest, but had also managed to back-mount her katana. She looked to Hideki with a frown. "It's nothing nearly as complicated as that." He responded, though giving no decent answer in the end. When Ntozake approached, her expression slid into a narrow-eyed glare, complete with pursed lips. It wasn't much that she was barely paying attention, but more that she was singing like an idiot. "The slacker appears." Without warning and barely breaking her stride, she dropped to the ground and extended her leg to the side in order to sweep-kick Ntozake's shins as she walked past. After the follow through, she hopped back to a standing position and continued down the hall. "Hideki, take those ridiculous things from her ears. Use force if you must..." Though she was serious about this, she wouldn't press the issue any time soon. Looking back, she shot Ntozake a glare. "Better late than never. Well, not for you. Come, child." By extending and curling her left pointer finger twice, she indicated for the girl to follow. She was gone within a few seconds, fading from sight with a Shunpo in order to leave quickly.
