I actually wanted to run a chaos deck a while back, but couldn't get people at my locals to trade the chaos spheres or the masters. Then when I was starting to get some I ended up trading them for stuff I needed.

Have to admit, nice chaos.
I'm not sure (seeing as I'm lazy and don't know some newer cards), but it doesn't look like there are many tuners.
Again, I could be wrong.
