Gaia is annoying me tonight. Most stuff seems to be working half-assedly, and a few things aren't working at all. For example ... PMs / mail doesn't work tonight. Slots haven't worked for days, although I haven't tried them tonight. About half the time, the pages load all weird and the graphics are cockeyed. And Gaia Towns? You're kidding, right?

Slots was working tonight, Fresnel. I just had 297 tickets that got sold on the market in about 3 seconds... you might want to try playing.
But I know what you mean about everything being slow/broken. I think that whatever service was done during the downtime just made all of gaia worse...

Forget that! In the period that slots were down, Gaia ate 100 tokens out of my inventory. Flagrant token-sucking digital train wreck ...

I'm sorry to hear that, Fresnel. If I ever get more tickets, and the PM system is working, I'll let you know so that you can buy them from me for like 5 gold or something (for the whole amt of tickets). ^_^ Hope everything works out for you...
Anyhoo, I'm off to buy some pretty peasant clothes for the christmas play we're doing!

It's not a bad way to make gold. In the marketplace, you can sell tickets for about 2 gold each. if someone will buy them. So if you spend 100 tokens and get 50 tickets or more, you've broken even. In fact, it seems to average out to upwards of 70 tickets or so for over 100 tokens you put it, so it's a money-making venture.

I have better luck than LOTF has...
and really, I think Gaia needs more than one swift kick in the patootie. This new layout sucks, and I am sad for anyone who has dial-up service. I don't, but the pages are still loading uber-slow. I think I hate Gaia right now.

I'm saving up tickets to buy all the cool queen stuff, of course! By my calculation, it will be 2051 before I get there.
I have fast DSL, and this new layout takes its sweet time to load. I couldn't find my guilds, and in general, I don't see the point. I agree with Blossom. Bleah!
And now, I'm probably 50 MORE pages behind in the role play, so I better wander over there.
