has no friends that like the same music I like? neutral
I hate it so much. The only people that I know that like the same music I do in real life are my parents. It's awful D=
I may have a friend that says, "I like The Beatles!" and I rarely hear them listening to The Beatles or don't seem to know even half of their songs. Maybe a friend or so will like one song by an artist I like, but I have no friends that are obsessed fans like me (goes for The Doors as well) sad

O:!! aww! that's horrible. specially when music is something you, live and breath. i was always like that until high school grade 7 or 8. mind you my school was focused in, a metropolis area so it's very diverse, in culture. i think everyone has that problem, then when the more unique the music is, the more trouble it is to find to people to relate that with :/.

In high school, I got into rock music and all. I dated a guy that introduced me to it and I loved it. Of course we broke up later and didn't want to see each other. Lost the one person closer to my age...well, at least not as old as my parents. So it's like I don't have anyone to talk to rock music to. A couple of my friends just know who The Doors are because I talk about them a lot. Kinda gotta get that off my chest from time to time. I don't get to vent about it very often and I'm not sure if they care all that much sweatdrop In high school, I'm sure there were other kids who liked that stuff. I just don't always care for making friends and I'm not that social so yeah.

My girl listens to the music that I listen, that's how we touched at first to each other. As for the others, in a Clark Gable way "Frankly dear, I don't give a damn".

At least you have someone though, right? I only have my parents in real life. Wish I knew someone out there that had the same (or almost the same) music taste.

You must be proud of your parents.

Of course =) I like chatting with my parents about music. I can also ask them questions about bands and stuff. Answers that they know that I may not. It's fun to sign along to like Queen or The Doors in the car with them =P we rarely argue about what cd is being played.

About the "what CD should we play" case, that's a gift from nature! I wished that I could be in your place. When I drive with any member of my family, it's World War II all over again.

Just wish I had some friends that did, too. Maybe I'll find a friend some day that does. Oh yeah, I know how that is about arguing over what to listen to in the car, but it's only with my siblings. They want to listen to trashy music when me or Mom want to put in Queen or something better.

They have some awesome songs to drive to. I like their song "Jet Airliner", the best. That one is perfect xD
