 Leap happily frolic through the clearing. There had been a fresh blanket of snow and it seemed to wipe all slates clean. Happily stretching in the sun,
"What a wonderful day..."
he murmured happily to the skies. There had been lots of ups and downs in this past season but things were looking up as he walked through the clearing. Seeing leaves rustle in the cool breeze he smiled happily, taking a deep breath of the cool air.

 Warlomice's small frame stood out quite nicely compared to the harshness of the snow covered landscape. His bright blue eyes nearly glowing in the shadows. His small frame began to tremble as he picked up the sounds of someone or something moving through the woods. They or it was moving towards his hiding spot, located just on the edge of the clearing.
His eyes widened as he scanned the surrounding area for a new hiding location. They were getting closer. Deciding to take his chances, Warlomice leapt out of the snow covered bush he was hiding in. His small frame landing in the clear amid a shower of snow.

Seeing this small frail pony in front of him Leap blinked a few times. He could see a small twinge of fear on the boy.
"Well hello there little one...I...I wouldn't ever hurt you..."
Walking up gently to him seeing his small frame shiver from either the snow or the fear. He smiled gently trying to reassure the little one. Looking at him he tilted his head a few times. It was odd being around such a small foal. His were grown and he had never been around one. Smiling again he finally said,
"Where are your parents?"
