Ilquint is a really small town that is near one of the biggest beach's. Its the perfect place for water elemental creatures to be. Its friendly and almost everyone knows each other in the town.

A shadowy figure shifted through the deep forest. It darted around the forest until a loud roar shook through the forest and a large black bear charged at it. A hiss sounded from the lips of the creature as it jumped up a tree and jumped away as the bear ran into the tree. The figure turned and faced the bear as fire burst up around her feet, showing her face. The figure turned out to be a neko with long pitch black hair and ember eyes. Her skin pale as she shot flames at the bear before turning around and running, her tail waving behind her as her ears stayed perked on her face.Yuki, the town Ilquit is near by. turn left here and the path will lead you there a soft voice echoed through her head. Yuki, the dark neko, turned left quickly onto a dirt path. Ok..are you sure this is a good place to go she wondered and she heard the voice snort which made her smile as she quickened her pace down the road.

Yuki stood at the edge of the quiet town, her eyes taking in her surroundings quietly. She shifted and began walking into town. Most of the people she saw had the ability to control with what she saw. this is so cool she thought in awe as she walked along the street. Her ember eyes flickered around as she watched people walk around her. She was amazed with these people, how they were so friendly to each other.Yuki breathed in smelling salt water in the air. Its near one of the largest beaches the soft voice explained quietly. She smiled to herself and hug her waist as she continued down the street, looking for some food place.

Aiolios
A Local Merchant

Sighing, the blonde haired man slumped forward, a stone set bored expression reflecting his inner thoughts. Why is nothing happening? He thought, looking slyly to his left and right. To his left, was an elderly man selling tropical fruits. To his right, was another elderly person, a woman, selling colored sand. Colored sand? What would anyone living out here want with that? If we wanted sand we'd go to the desert, or down to the beach. But sand? Aiolios thought, shakingh is head and sitting up as he watched familiar faces pass by. Of course none he knew from childhood, having crossed the seas in order to escape... a bad crowd. But faces he had come to be familiar with since coming to Lagrima years before.

His own stand, the very products he sold being made by his own hands, were various soaps, lotions, and perfumes. All made from natural products, flowers hand picked, from his truely, from the Ama Fields. Of course, had it not been for Cloris' helpful advice on the special remedial properties of some of the nicer smelling flowers, he may never have made such a killing in Kilawli. Well, before the attack anyways. Yet here, in this tiny spit of civilization in the hot region, few people had an interest in lotions or scented soaps. It was as if the only smell they needed was the sea. The sea? He thought, sighing as he closed his eyes and crossed his arms to make a pillow as he laid down on the counter before him. As pretty as it is, it smells funny.

That was not his only problem with Ilquint, but most of the people knew one another. It was like a tinily knit community where everyone knew everyone. Most of the people were older than himself, middle ages, and those younger folk were either locked in their own relationships or had left for other places. True the occasional woman passes through, but they always leave. He thought, trying to remember the last young woman he had been able to flirt up had been. Weeks? Maybe. Here I am, twenty years old, and I'm wasing my time here sitting between old folk! Please, Oh Holy Matron in the sky... or earth... Please may you send forth a woman that I can at least speak with! He prayed, even position himself as if he were praying to some deity. No sooner had he stopped his mock praying, and opened his eyes, he caught sight of a young, female Neko. Instantly he pushed himself upwards and his eyes locked onto her. My prayers have been answered!

Yuki wandered through the streets, looking at the people selling things. Her bright amber eyes darted around as her tail swayed tentivly in the new enviorment. She sniffed and turned on her heel, walking to a certain shop before smiling softly at the old woman behind the counter selling items. She blinked and looked at the colored sand in interest. never seen anything like this she thought as she looked at all the diffrent colors, vaguly aware of the man staring at her. Yuki we don't have any money, you can't buy anything... White Rose reminded her and the small neko sighed before giving the the elder and respectful bow before moving to the next stand to the man that had been staring at her. He's weird... Yuki commented as she smiled politly at him as she skipped over his purposly and went to the next elders shop. Whatever.White Rose snorted in her head as Yuki bent down to inspect what the male elder had been selling right before her stomach growled. Excuse me she murmured bowing slightly as she moved off to the side. She rubbed her forehead as she liked her long fangs before her amber eyes locked on the male and her stomach growled again. how embaressing Yuki, you better find food soon she commented and Yuki rubbed her empty stomach as her eyes flickered to some stands selling food.

When Aiolios realized that she saw he was staring, and passed by his stand with but a polite smile he fell back into a seated position, feeling embarassed by his actions. Maybe I shouldn't have stared. He pondered, reflecting slightly on his actions before returning his gaze to the female. She was a thin thing, no doubt about that, petite even what with her height. Ahh, I almost feel guilty for jumping up at the sight of her. He thought, thinking she had looked taller when he was slumped on the counter.
Yet, he found himself staring at her eyes, a beautiful amber color that he found difficult to look away from. Where did she come from?

The thought was cut short, the sound of someone's stomach rumbling breaking it with little trouble. It hadn't come from either vendors who, like him, looked about with concern at the sound. Aiolios quickly, as he believed the old man had too, identified the source was the girl. Goddess Above! How hungry could one be to make a sound like that? The girl moved on, and with her his eyes followed. She doesn't look like she has much money either...
Hey, Clay, can we make a deal?

A few minutes later, he was on the street and after the girl, a small basket of fruits and even a loaf of bread in hand. He had bought them, trading even some of his own perfumes for the old man's wife in order to obtain the food. Hardly a sacrifice in his mind, especially if it meant meeting the girl again.
Soon enough he caught up to the Amber-eyed neko, and with a light tap on her shoulder he held the basket up so she could see it and smiled happily. Hungry? He asked, hoping she would accept the basket... and ask him to join her.

Yuki kept walking until a light tap was felt on her shoulder. She turned her head and say a young man behind her. She turned fully on her heel to look at him. He smiled at her and she stared up at his face, her ears flicking every now and then. Wait..he was the staring man. Her amber eyes stared blankly at him until he held up a basket asking if she was hungry. Yuki quickly flashed out a hand as if to take one but smiled politly and brought both arms to her side. "It would be rude of me to take food from you with out a proper..trade" she told him in her soft voice, her eyes flickering up to his face again. Her tail swayed side to side and she prayed that her stomach wouldn't growl infront of the man again.
The man was pretty, his blonde hair was what caught Yuki's attension. He seems friendly.. white rose commented and yuki agreed silently as her gaze shifted down. She would feel terrible if she took someones food with out paying for it as she shifted uncomfortably on her feet. What could she trade..yuki began thinking to herself. Perhaps some of her jewerly? Yuki frowned slightly and looked back up at his face silently.

No problem! He exclaimed happily, moving so he was standing beside her, and arm place around her. If you would but ask me to join you as you ate, I think that alone would be rewarding enough. Hm? He said, stating that he would join her if she so pleased it. He had already begun leading her away, the basket head close so she may grab it and eat as they moved if she were not to react violently against his sudden contact with her. He meant well, in a manner of speaking, and was taking her to Ilquint beach, where they could sit on the sand as she ate. It was one of the most beautiful sights in Ilquint. And the sand, the finest quality in all of Lagrima, made sitting on it as light as cloud.

[In case all is well with my post, we should move to Ilquint Beach in the Fields.]
