So APG! Guess what! I have been cigarette free for a little over a month now. And WOW! that was probably one of the hardest things I had to quit. It started when me and Chris (my boyfriend) were sitting at home and he was in pain because he had just gotten a rotten tooth pulled. Partial reason it was rotten? Smoking! And then the next day after he decided that he was quitting (which was the same day he got his tooth pulled) , i had my last smoke ever (not knowing it would be my last) and went to my own dentist, to also get a tooth pulled. We were very sore for days.
The first week of not smoking cigs was the hardest. Me and chris fought constantly and I was constantly irritated. The second week was hard for me when i was at work, because smoking was an escape while at work. Me and him quit cold turkey and the only thing that we had that has nicotine was a cigar on my bday smile
So I am smoke free, i feel healthier, better cardio, and happier. The cravings still come sometimes but usually after working 8 hours.
Discuss? also does anyone need help quitting?

That's one thing that I would be happy to not do. 3nodding
Toboe still smokes, but he only does it when he works and makes sure he comes home not smelling like it. The smoke really irritates my sinuses, so I can't even be around someone who smells like it let alone someone smoking it by me. I start hacking really bad.

Yay Tammi-chan~! That is SO awesome! I'm so proud of you! :> My grams quit smoking a long time ago (like 20 yrs) and the thing that helped her quit was just regular chewing gum. She still chews it today. razz
The only thing I need quitting is night time snacks. I have gotten much better tho. biggrin DD
