GUILD RULES:
-Our Guild does not allow members to create topics without the approval of the captain/vice captains in any location of the Guild except for the Chatterbox Forum, the Anime Subforum, the Gamers Subforum and the Contest Subforum (for those last 3, as long as users respect the subforum's rules).

-We require each member to submit One post. Reminders will be sent to members who have not submitted the post. After a period of time the members who have not complied will be banned from the Guild.
The post should be created in the "18 to Enter, 21 to Drink" Main Forum under the "Age and birth year only" Topic, stating just your age, and birth year. You may use this link if you are having trouble finding the topic.

-Any Guild member/crew that is in MINOR violation of Gaia or the Guild will be given a warning on their first offense via p.m./comment/friend request, in that order. There are users who will have p.m.s/comments disabled. I will find a way to give you the warning on your first violation. The second MINOR violation will result in being banned from the Guild.

-Members/Crew that are in MAJOR violation of Gaia willed be immediately banned from the Guild and REPORTED to GAIA. Major violations would be considered as: Hacking, Cybering and ANY sexual or explicit material/text regarding or directed to an adolescent. The captain/vices will decide on the seriousness of the violation for other offenses. We do not have to explain ourselves to the Crew/Members regarding our decisions.

We will not have the Guild shut down as a result of a member/crew breaking Gaia rules and T.O.S.

ASIDE FROM BEING FAMILIAR WITH THE ABOVE TOPIC PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

-If u come across a comment that is in violation of the rules immediately remove the comment from the topic. (Crew members should be able to do this as well.)

-If you come across a TOPIC that was created by a user and is in the wrong location, move it to the Chatterbox forum.

-If you delete any posts in violation or move any topics, immediately following your actions you need to pm me and let me know:
~Who it was that made the violation
~What they did
~What action was taken on your part to resolve it.
I will keep track of it on the spread sheet.

-I will be responsible for notifying the users that they have violated the rules of the Guild, or that there post/topic has been moved/deleted. (Topics in the wrong location will not result in a violation unless the user has repeated the action after being notified.)

-Do not message them personally and leave that up to me.

-By Default the Auto Accept button in the Guild Settings is unchecked. That means from time to time users will have a request to join the Guild.
It will appear in the top left corner when you enter the forums, or the moderator guild (and in some other places), please keep your eye out for that and if you see some, please accept the request.

-CO CAPTAINS: If you go into the moderator panel and edit the Guild settings, make sure you re-click the auto accept button, every time, by default it will be unchecked.

To use our banner as your signature:



-Right click on the banner above/save image as .....
-Log into your photobucket account @ www.photobucket.com
-Browse & Upload the banner.
-Scroll over the banner in your photobucket/ click on the img code/ right click and copy the highlighted text
-Go to your signature and submit the copied text.

To have your banner signature with a url linked directly to the guild
Insert the text as shown below.
You will need to remove the space that is between the www and the . as this is the only way that I could make the text appear so you can copy it.
