It was time for a more relaxing sort of outing the woman thought to herself as she helped her boy into clothing that would be better in an outdoor setting. It was a tougher material then the soft fabrics he was normally a fan of, it was darker colors that would stand up better against the sand and water, and he was looking a little put out, "W-Why...? T-This isn't very... p-pretty at all..." He said sounding as though he might burst into tears at any moment. Ai preferred soft things, pretty things, he wanted to wear lace and silk not jean and cotton. He didn't look like he was going to a wedding at all he thought in a depressed manner. He wanted to be pretty, wanted to look all nice and fluffy like a bride!

Vanleia gave him a gentle pat on the head, "We can't be all done up all the time, your normal mode of dress would be ruined where we are going." She told him as she moved over to slid her feet into her sandles and then grabbed up a large bag that she had packed for them earlier. The woman was wearing little more then a bikini top and some short shorts but given their destination it fit.

"W-Where...?" Ai asked as he walked over to her, taking hold of her hand in his as they started out of the building.

"We are going out to the beach for the day, thought it would be fun for us to go swimming, to get a little bit of sun, and just enjoy the day." She told him, giving a bright smile as they walked along. It didn't take the busty woman more then a moment to catch a cab and they were soon on their way to the beach.

Ai was gazing out the window at they drove looking a little thoughtful. Beach, huh? Didn't the beach have lifeguards? They were neat... it also had shells and animals, fishes and crabs and sharks and stuff... he chewed on his lower lip lightly. He wasn't so sure what he thought about swimming with sharks but he was sure that the life guards would tell them if any of them got to close to the shore right? He surely hoped so.

A short car ride later and they were hoping out of the cab and were left to find themselves a spot on the white sand to set up their towels before they went swimming. Ai held tight to Vanleia until they touched the sand and then he was rushing forward toward the edge of the water to look into it, hoping to spot some of the ocean life from the shoreline.

Ai gave a little jump as he heard a voice next to him, not having really been paying to much attention to what was going on. What had caught his attention was sparkling of the sun light against the ocean, the feel of the sea breeze, and the things he could see moving around under the surface of the water.

He turned slowly to look toward Mikael before his eyes went a bit wide. He starred at the other boy before he felt his heart skip a beat and his face flush a bit, "H-Hello." He greeted the other boy, his voice soft and a bit excited before he looked back to the ocean, "I was w-watching the scenery, its r-really nice, and kinda like... like those s-scenes from the romantic movies."

If Ai's blush could get deeper it did just that when the other boy took is hand to give it a shake. He gave a happy sound in his throat before he watched the one who called himself Mikael sit down on the sand. He moved to follow suit, sitting down next to him in a happy manner, "It is nice t-to meet you Mikael." He said in a shy manner, glancing at him through the corner of his eye, "My n-name is Ai."

He gave a quick nod of his head in answer to the question, "Oh yes, first time visiting the b-beach." He told him, finding that he rather liked it even if he weren't allowed to wear his normal clothing. There was just something innately romantic about the setting that he found himself loving. That he was lucky enough to find someone his own age to talk to only made it that much better, not to mention his new companion was so pretty too! Ai had a terrible weakness for pretty people, something that caused him to love and trust them immediately.

Ai looked back and forth down the beach, not exactly sure what it was that they should do first. His eyes fell upon something that was stick up from the sand and he leaned way over to pick up the small shell and his eyes widened, "Oh, how pretty." He murmured as he brushes the sand out of it and saw the rainbow colors that were on the inside of it. He found himself scanning the sands again, "Is there other stuff to find near the ocean like this?" He asked of Mikael who seemed to better know information about the ocean, maybe he'd been here before? Lucky!

He pushed up to his feet and smiled down at Mikael, "We should look for more pretty Ocean Treasures!" He said excitedly.

Ai gave a happy sound, "Can we go down toward the water? Is it to cold to play in?" He asked of his new friend, looking toward it before looking quite curious. The day itself was warm so maybe the water was warm as well? That would be fun if they were able to play in it while looking for treasures, it would make up for his having to wear his outdoor clothing to this place.

The wedding pocky boy trotted a couple steps forward before turning around to wait for Mikael, not wanting to rush to far ahead without the other boy since things always seemed like a lot more fun when with others.

Ai gave a happy sound as he trotted down to the edge of the water and gazed into it, paced for a moment before he reached out with one foot to test the water before he crept forward slowly into it. For the moment he didn't let it get much higher up then his ankles though as the only water he'd dealt with before now was the water in the tub. After a few moments of getting used to it he relaxed and gave another happy smile, "This isn't so... oh is that a fish?" He chirped, his train of thought derailing as a small animal went swimming rapidly passed.

He gave an excited sound and turned to chase after it for a couple steps but he lost it quickly before he turned his attention back to Mikael and gave him a smile before he turned to head back to his side.

Ai turned as he got the warning not to go into the water to deep and he gave up his pursuit of the small fish, it wasn't likely that he would have been able to catch up with it anyway he thought to himself as he returned to Mikael's side. He looked down at what he was pointing out before he carefully leaned over to get a better look at the creatures that were being pointed out, "Periwinkles?" He asked, wasn't that a word that meant purple? And the little creatures were black? That was kind of funny he thought to himself, giving a little chuckle.

He reached his hand down to tilt the shells one by one to peek into them to see if any of them had hermit crabs in them, when he finally found one that did it startled him when the small critter pulled itself into the shell. He gave a squeak and took a couple steps back before giggling, "That's neat." He murmured, stepping forward again more carefully this time so as not to let the creature scare him a second time around. The longer he was here the more he was liking the beach, and here he'd not been looking forward to coming here at first. He'd never been so wrong about something before then he was today he admitted to himself.

Ai was happy to leave the crab to its own devices and follow along after Mikael as he found something else interesting to show him, "Sea... glass?" He asked, sounding quite curious before he quickened his steps so that he could go and see what that was. The ocean had glass in it? That was something he'd never heard of before so it was something that he had to see!

The boy's eyes went wide as he looked over what Mikael was holding before he reached out to gently take if from him, looking it over, "Oh wow! This is so pretty!" He murmured, running his thumb over over the surface of the pretty colored item, "The ocean has so many pretty treasures in it, I had no idea."
