We need one, desperately.... so, post the races, pretty much the ones we know of in story now, please post ones you made or have otherwise used most. I shall go first with a couple of races I made myself...

Nothing: The Nothing reside in Oblivion, and usually are normal humans. Other races have been Nothings, such elves, orcs, demons, and almost everything else. A Nothing is one who finds himself in between, much like Chaos, only they have no use of Chaos. To become a Nothing you have to have gone through both Dark and Light, and still have not been satisfied.
Sub Races: Nothings have two dominant races, the Good, and the Bad. Its more of a way of life than a race, but they have different looks to them depending. A good Nothing cares not what he does, is content with being and thinks his/her job is to fill the gaps. The Evil Nothing thinks they must take over everything and make all suffer. They are stuck in Oblivion though, they are barred by the collective energy of the Good Nothings. -Written as it is shown by an observer of Races.

Homo magi
: A subrace of Humans, originating on the Lost Continent of Atlantis. They can also be called Atlanteans, or Lanteans. They are rather alike to Humans, only being able to use magics, mostly like a gene able to let them use it. Homo magi are genetically compatible with normal humans, and are genetically identical to normal humans. The mysterious property that makes them Homo magi is somehow "dominant" like a gene. They are the magical side of humans
Subraces and Cousins: Killinger, a cousin to them held in a Realm upon none know of. They are rather technologically advanced in some thing, but lack in others. Their magic is a specialized form of pure magic, coming from a form of Magic used by the Atlanteans.

Deific Humans: Humans infused with the cells of a God. Most of these are pets or an army created by one god or another, namely the Celtic and Greek gods, but others have also done this practice for self preservation during the God's Wars. Others still have been science and Genetic experiments. Jacques Huntington is one example, while Sara the She-Witch is another. Jinks is the best known, having single handedly destroyed three armies of Elves before being killed by an arrow through the heart, an arrow made from a star, so the legends say. Many species and races have been known to experiment, and so far only the human has been successful without Divine intervention.

Kitsune: A form of fox and human, more often than not, they are demons, or fox-demons as most call them. Many have been known to carry this race's blood in them, more famously Axel Wolfgang and his son Vincent. Jamie Noringer, Vincent's Daughter, is also a Kitsune, only having about 25% of the blood, she hardly has the abilities, such as transformation, magics, the signature ear and tail, or the enhanced senses. Most Kitsune are self greedy, and also out for self gain, if any of them so much as suspect they will get to lay a woman out in bed, they will go for it. They can be a great deal of many things, and disguise themselves to such an extent they forget what they are. None have come back from a fight with a powerful Kitsune, and only those who know one can sit amongst them.

Judges: the Judges, the ones that enforce the Immortal Law, are granted powers by an almost omnipotent being, called judgemaster Gaband. His power stems from the creator of the known Universe. Judges are a created race, and melds into the what the race of the being is. Once turned into a Judge, few things can interrupt, but death can always happen. So can loss of belief. Both of which will destroys a Judge's power. Judges can enforce laws, but need power to do so. Power in numbers or power from others is the one way they can do this. They can also create new laws on the spot, but again, it needs to be under certain situations. There is supposedly one from every realm, but this started to go away after the realms became almost oblivious of eachother. Now, after the Sara Melding and Takeover, Judgemaster Gaband is back, and he is not very amused. There will be a Judge from each of the remaining realms.

Swamp of Chaos

Dargenmoore: As you wade through the waters and slime of the swamp you find the first peice of something above water, as you near the giant fallen tree it lashes out, its giant maw opening to show row after row of razor sharp teeth.
The Dargenmoore is a large creature of unknown origin that appeared in the swamp soon after the swamp came into being. It's large crocodile-like is covered in strange knobs and growths that give it the appearance of an old dead tree, its large size and bark-scale armored body make it a very tough foe to take down.

Undead: You stalk through the damp underbrush, a strange chanting suddenly fills the air, coming with it a sense of foreboding. As the chanting stops there is the sound of moaning and something being ripped from the ground. A skeletal warrior bursts from the water reeds, brandishing a sword it makes horrible shrieks and whistles. Your filled with stark terror even as you turn to run....
The standard undead comes with no magical enhancments or edges over the common warrior. Usualy summoned my necromancers people with a particularly evil personality, or strong will to life, may come back from the dead as an undead. But this isn't to say that undead only come back as mindless warriors

Undead come in many varieties:
Fireyes(fire-eyes) are much like the standard undead, but are in fact dead fire mages that retain their magical abilities, you can tell them apart because they don't wield weapons, and their eyes are burning pits of red fire. When threatened they can send out a burst of blinding light from their eyes and disappear.

Deathscreamers: much like fireyes, with power over shadow magic. They look exactly like normal undead, but always have jaws. When threatened they can emit a deathly wail, paralyzing their enemies for up to two minutes, however damaging them will knock them out of their paralysis, thus making it used mostly in a defensive manor.

More undead later.

Lich: As your party slowly treads across the swampy terrain you hear a creak, the air grows deathly chill and mist comes in to surround you. There is a burst of blue flame and the Lich appears, the eyeless sockets in his skull filled with an evil blue fire. Undead burst from the water around you and charge, as each one of your party is stricken down they immediately rise again as the enemy, as you are the last one alive you are filled with an overwhelming disspair as the last sight you see is the diabolic Lich laughs, a bone chilling scratch of metal on stone.
The Lich is the most powerful of undead, mortal spellcasters and magic users hied away parts of their souls in objects prized to them to become immortal, they hide their phylactery away and go out into the night to wreak havoc on the living. Along with with holding all of their mortal abilities and spells the Lich retains the ability to learn, along with the ability to command legions of undead, making the Lich a powerful enemy indeed. Rumors of ArchLiches have already started arising....

Banshee: As you kill the last skeleton your party decides to stop and rest. As you sit down and pull a loaf of bread fromy our sack you hear a beautiful singing, you look up and a see a beautiful woman walking through the trees. All of the men in your party are instantly attracted to her, her pale skin seems to glow in the moonlight, her whitely blond hair seems to flow behind her as if she was underwater. As you approach her she looks at you and your instantly entranced, her eyes are as white as you moon, but as she opens her mouth a horrible wail splits the air, the beautiful woman suddenly as a look of hate and evil intent. The wail is so horrible you and the other men from your party fall to the ground in agony, you can't move your body as you look up at the once again serene face of the banshee smiling down at you....
Banshees look like beautiful women, they hold a glowing white aura that attracts males of all races, though the other undead seem to be unaffected by this. They have in their arsenal a horrible wail, that paralyzes their enemies, though they stay conscious though can't move their bodies for up to half an hour afterward. Their only other ability is to send out a minor shockwave of shadow magic to knock down their enemies. Banshee are very fragile loner undead and will never be found with any other kind of undead, although its been said that on the full moon they will gather together and dance in the moonlight, attracting any males within four miles to the spot, where the banshee will feast....

Black Water of Oblivion

Jork's Shark: This shark appeared not long after the water continent was formed. It is capable of using magics and is highly intelligent. When facing this ungodly Foe, it is advised to steer clear of its razor sharp teeth. One must be careful not to tread on a path too close to the water, for they can jump thirty feet into the air, and snatch a man from the path.

Nothing Eater: As the name suggests, this monster of a beast eats the inhabitants of the Realm this continent holds. If a man is to face one of these, it is advised to go for the belly, which is behind think silver scales of fish armor. Barbaric in nature, they came from the Inbetween, and nested in their home.

Lohingish: a dragon that has taken nest below the waters. They come up to eat, and have magic capabilities. They can grow quite large, up to three hundred feet long, and have been known to die only when their heart is burned by Fey. This foe is by far harder than the dragons of yore, and are equally as deadly as Death's Reapers.

Kirking Laughs: Named for its laugh and the man who found them, these little rabbits have long webbed feet, and push them through the water. Quite fun to play with, until you use some form of magic. It turns into a spikey ball of furry death, that emits a high pitched sound like that of a laugh. It will kill a man on contact with its spikes, and then eat the flesh from their victims. But otherwise, are a great pet.

Sea Reapers: This strain of anamorphic human seems to be extremely uncaring towards anyone not showing love towards their race, adoration being the most welcome. Murder one of their own and you become the highest bounty they can kill. They love the outlaying areas and prey upon many things out in those reaches. Being the bane of the locals trying to keep their homes free of the intruders, they can delve into Arcanes and even perform summonings as if they were elemental lords. Beware, for they travel in packs as large as semi battalions.

Angel- a being that inhabits Heaven, said to be assistants of God. They are strikingly similar to humans in looks, with the exception of wings and more often then not a most outer-worldly glow about their bodies. They can take on a human form should they choose. They can also teleport between worlds in the blink of an eye, which stands to reason they could probably teleport in general if they chose to. They never do. They are also much stronger/faster then humans, have better eyesight, hearing, etc. Their preferred weapon is a Sword. Their weakness is magics, while humans and human weapons can not hurt them, magic is deadly.

Demon- There are many forms of demons, ranging from simple little minion like creatures with the red skin horns and tails, to what some know as the Fallen Angels. The fallen angel being the strongest form of demon, serves under the master of the underworld directly. They have characteristics just like the angels seeing as they once were angels, the main difference being that they can use dark magics, have black often time leathery wings, and can no longer teleport to worlds at will. They must be granted entry to a world by their master, should he or she want to send them there. They fight with their magics, usually in the form of dark energy. Most often then not they like to make humans lives hell. They have a weakness to Angels, some say it is because they once were one, others say it is a property in the angels that the Fallen have given up and are now weak to it.

Angelic Demon- This Race is strictly forbidden by both the Angels and the Demons. For basic reasons it is a literal cross between the two. The stronger the child's parents the more likely the child with posses all the powers of both races. It has been seen though that this can be conflicting. The halfling can often not show signs of both sides of it's heritage at once. For instance if fighting with its angelic strength/ using angelic abilities it can not use it's demonic magics. When using demonic magics there have been reports of the halfling suffering from immense head pain and bodily weariness. There is still much unknown about them, they are forbidden. Therefore killed at birth, or unknown to the world. An easy way of spotting one, if not in a human form, is that it will have one white wing and one black, or simply a mixture of the colors in the wings.

Minor and Major Gods

Religious Gods: Gods that start off in many different forms, most are born from very strong races such as giants and dragons, that are them worshipped, when a creature is worshipped strongly enough they will gain god status, their power is then gauged by how many followers they have, the only known way to kill these gods is to destroy all of their followers, though even this cannot kill them forever, for if their texts and teachings are ever found again, they will be revived. Their powers work much like how they themselves came into being, if they prove to be bloodthirsty and ruthless, then they will be worshipped as war gods and thus their bodies and powers will adapt to this.

Realm Lords: For every realm and plane there is a Lord over it. A Realm Lord will come into being whenever a new realm is formed, either from natural means, or created by the most powerful of sorcerers. When they are created by a consciousness then the creator of the Realm gains power over that realm, and immortality. There are no Realm Lords to rule over the elemental planes, as the Elemental Lords work as their own Realm Lords.

Elemental Lords: For every element there is a God of it. No one knows the full extent of this statement, but the list of Elemental Lords extends far beyond the Periodic Table. From Chaos and Unity, to the elements of Fate and Destiny, this rule go so far as t extend to story elements, the Protagonist and Antagonist, and even the Climax. The full list of Elemental Lords is unknown, but if you could name it, there probably is one for it.

Atlantis

Atlantis as a whole is not occupied by much things evil, being a good Realm in itself, and magical, things naturally don't give much of a crap about anything....

I am putting this here for now, I don't have much of another place to put it yet, so yeah.....: Atlantis is in itself, a whole Realm, the City of Atlantis, only one of the cities that once took nest in the waters of the Realm, was vast and huge. War soon followed against the Nightshades, a group of Exiled Magi that wanted revenge on the Atlanteans, who at the time, were the ruling peoples of the Magi. When this happened, many of the cities were destroyed in raids. The Magi of Nistian, a city similar to Atlantis, soon saw that the war would wipe out the Magi Alliance, and so they plunged their city deep into the water, this was the basis of the Greek Myth of Atlantis, though truly it wasn't of Atlantis. (Atlantis would soon follow Nistian's Example and plunge deep within the Waters.) The people of Nistian, Human and Magi alike, were able to live under water for decades, before the Nightshade Alliance destroyed it with a summoned creature akin to a large Water Dragon. Meanwhile, Atlantis soon became the sole home of the Magi, whom by now, were barely holding off raids under the Leadership of Arion. After the city was safe from the Nightshade, the Atlanteans were forced to sink it, and flee to the four corners. This is about the time that Humans forgot the Magi ever existed, soon before Christ was born, about 100 BC. Of course, when the Melding happened, for some still unexplained Reason, the Magi knew that the City was now a continent. Many continents were seen before the Melding in the Realm, small, but still large enough for life and normal Human cities. (Magi detested being land born for too long, something they have since shed.) And since the Rising, the Continent it has been attached to, is called Atlantis as well.

Merpeople: Very advanced in terms of society kind of race. They live under the ocean's surface and inhabited the City of Atlantis for a while, almost as if they were taking care of it. When it was raised they went back to the caves and have been there, they were originally there to begin with, and the melding did little to them as a race. They rarely speak to the Magi, or any race for that matter.

Mage Fish: A fish, its said that when you eat it, it bestows you with magical energies. A Magi specialty to fry it up and serve it with a side of scalloped potatoes and garlic sauce.

Land Fish: A seeming sea creature that lives on land and in water. They are rather adorable as pets, and can even be tamed. A great source of meat, they grow to be the size of small dragon's in captivity. They can be hearded as cattle, but most go out and hunt them. They provide as much nutrients as beef, with the advantages of white meat.

Standard Dragons: Nothing special to say here, rather tame dragons.

The Netherworld

The Netherworld has been passed down in the family line from generation to generation as it's in the royal blood to assume the throne and rule the realm. Many of the delicatessens are demons, death bringers, and reapers.
Many of them serve the ruler at the time in the underworld.
