Good god, what's happened to the English language.
Just practice, that's all I can say. Find references, or if it's manga a style you like, pictures of hands and noses, and just practice. DON'T use that yu-gi-oh style or pokemon, if you're going to draw noses then draw a nose...

Leave him alone. I am a stickler for correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation but you don't need to gang up on him. Sorry, I can't help because I usually don't draw a nose on my illustrations.

Look for basic shapes in the hand. Make out basic shapes.
Pentagons, circles, silicones, etc.
even numbers and letters.
Use measurements and find similarities to other animals. Between fingers look like a fish boy fins (i guess, i can't explain it), Raising the bar---wait it is going back down.
Make a game out of posture. Different angles and prospective views change the way the stuff work. sad I hate hands.

An easy way of drawing from the front [I'm takingthis from the Visitor series by Yee-jung No] is drawing a line and shading it on the side for the half away from the light, then drawing a small dot on the other side to end the nose. I haven't done this yet, since I'm just drawing quarter views 'till I learn to draw profile or fronts; I just put a dot at 1 point on the circle.

I haven't really mastered noses yet-- I make do with like, a two-sided triangle. XD As for hands, all I can say is-- practice, practice, practice. It's taken me YEARS to get them to where I'm happy with them, and I can re-sketch the same hand five or six times before I like it. So just keep drawing. Use reference pictures.

(this time from the Two Flowers for the Dragon series by Nari Kusakawa)You could just draw a dot... It looks halfway presentable.

The easiest way to learn to draw hands is to look at it and sketch it from an anime/manga. I HIGHLY recommend manga by PEACH-PIT sensei. Their hands are very unique, and very fun and easy to skecth. You should check out manga by them and study their hands. It's simple, but somehow detailed at the same time. Rozen Maiden and Shugo Chara are great examples C:

Mmm....hands, such confusing structures. I may be a novice at them, but I recommend Mark Crilley's manga, Miki Falls, or his How To videos on Youtube.
