If you still have an unopened letter and/or have not sold another item that doubled, go to contact us at the bottom of the page and select Monthly Collectibles/Gaia Cash Shop Inquiry
Fill out all required spaces
Type in the problem
Wait several days.
They should refund your money and take back the unused item.
It's what I did. I got my money back within three days, I believe. G'luck!

If the Cash Shop doubled what you ordered. It works, I did it and got my money back.
