Really it depends, 'Cause yours is on more of a bony area, so it will hurt more than it would if it were just on muscle or tissue.

im getting 3 or 4 this summer, 4 stars on each shoulder (general in army rank) a fire dancer(from dave matthews) and a custom made drawing i did
