It was another morning, and another day he woke up to just another day. Tokidoki didn't really have any real direction in his life. He just let the wind take him where ever it lead him. And today, he decided to start his day with a peaceful little walk. He would rather spend most his time flying in the sky. But, a walk seemed much more relaxing this morning. So, he gave his wings a stretch and headed on his way. He had spent his night at the edge of the forest. And found himself wondering out into a valley. The grass was tall, and very green. Tokidoki liked big peaceful valleys, they seemed to have some similarities to the sky. It was open, and worry free. He began to make his way into the open terrain. His tail dragged along the grass. Making it slightly tangled with unwanted leaves and such. As he made his way almost half way through. He couldn't help but begin to stare at the sky. The clouds shaping into unthinkable objects, and animals. The more he looked upon it, the bigger the urge he felt to fly. Nothing more could make him feel free. He just had to go up, and off the earth. He stretched out his wings once again. Giving them a few flaps, to ready himself. Closing his eyes, and taking a deep breath.. It was just about time for lift off~ (( It's pretty random, and uh.. not that great of an opening post.. But yah.. And I also couldn't think of a better title.. XD;;;; ))

Astraea blinked bearily in the glare of the sun above her. It was another one of those queer winter days in which the sun shined so brightly that it sparkled on the layers of snow on the ground. Big brother had mentioned the sun was like this in spring, but according to him, spring wasn’t here, at least not yet. She frowned slightly at the thought, a change of seasons would be interesting. The endless cold and snow seemed to damper her spirits slightly the week before. She had almost been a frozen ice cube if not for the fire that the two legger had put up. The sun shined warmly on her back, it felt so comfortable after the bitter coldness of the past few days.
The little filly had left her guardian at the teepee and had trampled to a nearby valley where she knew tall, green grass grew in spite of the cold. She grazed, letting it to feel her stomach. Delicious. After several minutes of eating , she was full. She looked around comfortably not thinking about anything in particular aside from the warmness of the day when something red flashed to her right. She blinked. What was it? It seemed to be too far to tell, but it looked like whatever it was in the sky. Flying? Astraea started to trot towards it cautiously, her eyes gleaming in curiosity. Who was it?(( No worries. xD Random titles are awesome. lD <3 ))

Tokidoki had only been flying around the sky for a little bit. He was circling the tall grassed area.. Not really moving from it. It wasn't very usual for him to circle in one place. He usually just left, went on to some other random place. Whatever he felt was the right place at the time. But something about this place at this moment seemed right? So, after circling around the area a few times, he decided to land again. Back to where he started, back to all the tall grass. Looking around, there didn't seem to be anyone. Or, at least that he could see.
Suddenly, his ears began to flick. Maybe there was someone around. Or something, any. Looking around he still couldn't see anyone around. He just shrugged it off, and began to walk around the area. Some of the grass seemed to stick to tail, as it dragged on the floor. But that didn't bother him.. Not much of anything seemed to bother the stallion now a days. And with that, he began to graze. Munching on random grass, awaiting whatever it was that made him stick around. His tail moved back and forth, gathering more dirt and grass. His wings stayed stretched out. The area was open, so that was how is wings stayed. Now, to wait~
(( Maaaan.. I'm so sucking in this RP.. XDD ))

Astraea blinked, the thing that resembled a vibrant firey red seemed to have landed somewhere nearby. Who was it? Her blue eyes tried to focus in on near where whoever it was had landed, but she still couldn't make anything out. She paused for a second, dileberating whether or not she should approach whatever it was that had landed or run off and ask Big Brother to look at it. The second plan sounded more inviting, but Big Brother probably wouldn't come either way, so she would be stuck not knowing.
She took a big breath before making a step towards the direction in which the red thing had landed, her eyes still squintint to see what it was. After a few moments pause, she started to walk cautiously towards the direction. Soon enough, the barely discernible shape had turned into a dark red stallion with purple red wings.

Tokidoki was just grazing, before he began to hear more noises. He didn't know if he should be cautious, or just ignore it. There were probably many bugs and small animals roaming around there area. It could either be that, or someone else was coming.. Or possibly the wind. But breeze didn't seem to hit where he was. So, he just ruled that one out. He decided he would probably just ignore it. If something wanted to harm him, they would've probably done it by now. Wouldn't they? Either way, he had to eat up. To get energy to move on once again.
As he continued to eat, the sounds seemed to get closer and closer. He wasn't worried about it at all. Why should he be? It wasn't coming at a fast pace. It seemed like the sound was slight, and curious. He still didn't think it was something to be worried about. Once the sounds seemed to stop, he picked up his head. Looking around, he found what was making it's way towards him.. It was a filly. A very neutrally colored one at that. Browns, and black. With a white marking on her forehead. But that wasn't the only thing on her forehead, she had a horn. With black wings as well. But with all those neutral colors, her blues eyes seemed to fit perfectly. Not what he expected to see.
"Why, hello there.." He greeted his unexpected company.

Astraea froze as she saw the stalliong raise his head from grazing and discovering her. Perhaps it was best if she just left him? He probably didn't want to be disturbed in the middle of his meal. He was probably irritated at the bystander and wanted her very much to leave and leave him to his grazing. The little filly was just about to mutter a hurried apology before leaving when the stranger spoke. She blinked. He didn't seemed to be angry or annoyed, instead he seemed to be more surprised than angry.
She bowed her head in greeting as she said,"Good morning, sir." She raised her head again, now noticing the odd piercings on the stallion's ears. They had little rings of metal around them. Did it hurt to get those bits of metal stuck in his ears all the time? Come to think of it, the stallion's appearance was...unnatural, but not wholly unpleasant. The clash of vibrant red and purple was more interesting than eye watering.

He stared at the filly a moment before he added anything to her greeting. It was funny how most the Soq Toki had met were mares or fillies.. Then again, maybe it wasn't so unexpected. But he liked bumping into foals. It seemed to bring out his more fatherly side.. Also reminded him of when he was a colt. But sometimes that wasn't a good thing.. Usually he hoped the foals he met didn't turn out like he did, and wished the best for them. And he truly meant it. His past wasn't the best, and wouldn't wish it on anyone. Especially not a poor little foal. No one ever knows where their life will take them. But you can always wish, and make what you want to happen.. Happen. He wished a lot.
"And what is a lil foal like yous doin' out here?" He became a bit curious.
Toki moved a bit, to face the filly. Stretching out his wings a bit. He wanted to adjust himself to where he was comfortable. Flicking his tail about, he shook his head about. His mane seemed much cleaner then his tail.. And much more silky smooth. Then again, half of his tail was basically be dragged on the ground all day. But that didn't mean it couldn't look as nice and shiny as his mane. And through all that.. The shades he wore, stayed in place. Odd~

"Nothing much, juusst...." She really wasn't sure how to answer. It wasn't like she narrated her actions. Flicking her hair out of her eyes she wondered how in the world she would respond now to recover from her pittiful reply. Though as her eyes wandered as she thought they finally caught the stars that adorned his red and purple pelt. They held her gaze for a few moments, before her blue eyes returned to his face, which she also just realized was hidden behind a pair of shades. This stallion was like the night, full of stars, hiding many things, and quite mysterious. Or at least she thought so.
"I'm Astraea, what's your name?" She shifted her hooves to a better and more comfortable stance. Names were special things, one of the most precious items someone could own. An identity was almost everything. What would his name be? A strange name for a strange horse perhaps...

Toki waited for her to answer his question. She seemed to have started to, but suddenly stopped. He noticed she seemed to be looking at his side. Where his star marking was. He hadn't seen another Soq with such a marking. Maybe there were some out there with star markings, but not such as his. She had stared at them for a few moments before she looked back towards his face. But she looked at him as if she missed something the first time she saw him.. His shades perhaps?
Tokidoki wasn't as quite mysterious as he may have seemed. He was rather open and opinionated when it came to things that interested him. Not only that, but he could be rather flirtatious. But that wasn't going to happen today. She was only a filly. When around foals, he seemed to give off more of a father like personality. Possibly because he didn't want any foal to feel as if they had no parents. As he didn't know his. It's always good to know someone cares~ Watching the foal change the subject, he let out a little chuckle.
"Hey, Astraea. I be Tokidoki." He nodded.

"I wouldn't mind," smiling she began to walk in the direction the wind was going. She took slow steps but was moving a decent pace, and her eyes flickered with light as she listened to the crunch of snow under her hooves. Some might say foot steps ruined the icy perfection of a snowy landscape, but she had to disagree, it was always nice to know who has been there and that someone has been there at all; so she could share the beautiful scenery. "You're a very... philosophical stallion, aren't you?"
"Toki...doki," she repeated, her eyes and face slightly tilted up as she did so, as if she were trying to make sure it got processed and imputed into her memory. "That's a nice name," she smiled, flicking her tail like a calligraphy paint brush.
"Now it's my turn to ask you a question," she leaned forward a bit, "what are you doing out here~?" She was just curious, if he was doing something fun like a game she had never heard of, perhaps she could join him? Two heads are better than one and what a right hand without a left? Something like that...
((So sorry for late reply. ;;; ))

Toki watched the filly as she began to walk. His ears twitched as the ice from under her hooves began to crack. Leaving only her prints behind. I suppose it was always nice to come across a new place, and see a pair of prints. It meant someone had been there. They had seen what you're seeing now. Or maybe someone else was near by at the moment. There was a possibility of meeting someone new. It was always nice to meet new Soq. Especially foals. It was always nice to bask in the past, after seeing or meeting one. For Toki, he just liked to be reminded of what good is out there.
Toki let out a light chuckle. "I don't think I'm that philosophical at all."
It was true, he didn't. There were probably much more unique and interesting Soq out there.. Compared to him anyway. He had even met others he thought of more interesting then he. Even in appearance. Or maybe that was just him being more interested in others, then himself. He did that a lot. Even if confronted about it, he'd probably just deny it.
"Your name is rather lovely as well." He smiled back.
His ears began to twitch as she began to speak again. He always listened intently when he was being spoken to. What was he doing here? That was probably the most simple question he could've been asked at this time. He was basically doing nothing.. But was he really going to tell a foal he was doing NOTHING? How boring would that sound? He'd rather make things more interesting, and fun. Especially when around a foal.
He began to walk in the opposite direction the filly had walked. "Weellll.." He paused and looked back for a second, only to turn away again. "I'm exploring!" He basically nodded to himself. He tried to keep the filly interested.
