Naw, he misses the nail by a fair margin. He keeps talking in absolutes, referring to a population completely polarized. I know people who do not fit into either extreme. Also we can refer to the media. Comedy shows like SNL or mad tv make fun of Obama just as much as any other candidate and do not fall into any extreme, though they probably lean liberal in general.
The Birth certificate thing is probably total garbage. Opponents of Obama are just holding out for a last hope, like some Vinnie Barbarino moment where they can go AHAAAA! We win after all! If it turned out that he was not a proper citizen, that would be ridiculous. You'd think they have people to check that stuff BEFORE they run......s**t
Perhaps he was not simply speaking in absolutes, perhaps he was reffering to the populace as a whole. With any idea there will be people who disagree, should we waste time caculating the exact percentage of those who disagree or should we speak of trends and beliefs in the aggragate?
