America has been in the rut of a pattern for the last 16 years.

1993: Clinton's first year in office, WTC towers are the victim of a terrorist attack. Two vans filled with explosives were parked in the parking garages underneath the towers and detonated.

2001: Bush's first year in office, WTC towers are the victim of another terrorist attack. Two planes are crashed into the twin towers, as a result of which both towers fall, a 3rd plane is smashed into the side of the pentagon, causing damage to that wing, and a forth is crashed into a field by the passengers brave actions.

Notice that both attacks happened while the commander in chief was in his first year of office, now England, and the CIA chief are warning of an attack during Obama's first year. I think we are looking at the litmus test of a president's skills and we shall see how Obama handles his entry exam.
