did you guys hear about the priest who won't let anyone in his congregation take communion (uh, the body and blood of christ due to substanciation in certain faiths) unless they confess their sin (which is when they tell the priest what they've done in order to get forgivenss from god) of voting for obama?
yeah, evidentally, this priest is under the impression that if you voted for obama, you want abortions and gay marriages. pretty twisted extremest, no?
honestly, i think it's just cuz he's from one of those states where their 1) insane about religion and 2) used to be big on the segragation. but yeah, that kinda pissed me off. i mean, i don't take communion because i'm busy when my church has confession (and i don't appologize for being gay)
but i would be pretty offended if this guy tried taking away every rite i had! i can't choose in his opinion, i can't take communion. that's not right!

Nikura Uchiha Isn't that like saying if you don't confess to voting for him your going to hell? yeah. and the sad thing is, i bet some stupid people will actually as for forgiveness for that. damn, i want obama to stay in office! if anyone tries to get him out or assassinate, i think america will be screwed..

Drak of Paradise What about the Nader voters, and McCain voters? he liked mc cain for some reason. like, he thought that if you voted him, god would love you more or something. i don't think he covered nader at all.

Well, Christian priests are not allowed to mess around with people's sins and force them to confess.
I guess they don't care.

I guess they don't care. yeah. that's why i don't like catholicism. they think that we NORMAL people can't be close to god unless we talk to priest and nuns. they think we can't simply ask, but have to tell all. i guess "we" just like gossip. damn, everyone's gonna be so awkward when i tell them i'm not gonna confirm (uh, basically sell your life to the religion) when i turn 16... oh well. it'll be good practice for when i plan to tell them that i marry a woman, haha.
