Name :Aldrich Feuerhand
House :Gryffindor
Year : 6th
Familiar : Magically size-reduced white tiger.
Gender :Male
Age : 17
Ethnicity : Germanic
Appearance : Grey eyes, brown short hair or longer curly hair, 6'2 medium build. When not in school robes, he wears mostly what you would consider a viking to wear. When inside, a red tunic, brown drawstring pants, and leather footwear. When outside (when it is cold) he wears a full brown tunic, a white fur wrapped around his shoulders, long drawstring brown pants and cross thatched leather and fur boots.
Origins : Originally from Durmstrang, but decided that Hogwarts would be a better place to finish his education. Starting in his 5th year, he left Durmstrang and sent an owl to Hogwarts stating his transfer and was accepted to the Gryffindor house. He lived in a tribal type community, but somewhat more civilized and is the son of the chieftan, Jostal.
Personality Quirks : Despite how Viktor Krum used to talk, Aldrich has refined his speech to be able to be more understood, but sometimes under pressure, he speaks in German, to the dismay of those he is trying to help.
He likes pretty much everyone, he gives them at least the benefit of the doubt and is pretty open about himself. He likes playing with his miniature white tiger, as it was a gift from his father. Aldrich does not like to be betrayed. If he were betrayed by someone he trusted, depending on how badly he was betrayed, You might not see the betrayer again. Through magic or brute force, he would find them and make them pay. So be nice and he will be nice in return. He has a sword tattoo on one arm, an axe on another, and a large round shield tattoo on his back, the rest of his body also has tattoos, but they look more like tribal patterns than anything else.
Aldrich burst in through the door, snow blowing inside the large wooden cabin. He took a few long strides then kneeled. Quickly realizing he'd left the door open, he flicked his wand towards the door and it slammed shut.
"Father, it is done" he said as the light from the fireplace returned to its normal warmth, despite the windy treatment it had received for the last few days as Aldrich made his preparations to leave.
"Must you always slam the door?" Jostal said, looking towards him from his large cushiony chair. The man was old, yet looked quite strong. There were many tattoos on his body, one would wonder if it was the tattoos or the skin that was the original canvas. Jostal walked towards Aldrich and placed his hand on Aldrich's shoulder. "I wish you good luck, and may the elder spirits guide your path." The old man then turned slowly and sat back down. Aldrich rose and gave a short bow to his father " Thank you father, I am grateful for your blessing" He said. No movement from the chair was evident, but Aldrich knew his father had heard, and even though his decision was not entirely liked by his father, he knew that Jostal believed him to be able to make his own decisions. Aldrich then turned on his heels and went towards the door. He made a whistle and out from around a corner came a white tiger. It had been waiting there all morning, awaiting Aldrich's return. It padded quickly across the room and pounced, then in midair, it's size reduced to that of a regular house cat and it landed upon his shoulder.
Aldrich began his journey to the famed Hogwarts Castle.
