Who remembers Captain N, The Game Master? Cartoon from late eighties, early ninties about a guy, By the name of Kevin Keene, who's the worlds greatest nintendo champion. As a reward, he gets sucked into the Video world, where the games are real, and his zapper and controller are the real deals.

It was both stupid, and remarkably funny and interesting at times.
I remember at one point Kevin (Captain N) was given a choice of being with the one he loves, or spending the rest of his life fighting an endless war... All he had to do was step through a doorway.
