In the void of Haven Gregor Latverious recreated his wondrous castle. It stands two hundred feet tall and is five hundred feet wide. It has a seemingly endless amount of rooms that change themselves to their owners needs and desires. Over a thousand butlers and maids occupy the home and always seem to be near by when you need them. In the center of the castle lies a large spire that has the rooms of the main family members and of course in the main room lies the throne that Sergei sits on waiting for new people to arrive. Out side the castle is a large astounding garden that seems to stretch on for miles with its foliage. Small bushes with black roses and other beautiful dot the landscape with brilliant fountains and stone benches for sitting. Two large banners can be seen outside the castle and all around the castle of it's emblem, a large black shield with two blood red swords going through it and two heads impaled on white sticks. Also the castle does experience night and day with a moon and sun but here the light does not affect vampires in the slightest and the full moon does not turn Lycans and when you enter the castle you are greeted with a welcome and will be escorted to the dining hall for an endless meal.

Sergei appeared in the castle and walked into a random door that led to a large shrine. It had five coffins and a slot in the center for a sword. Sergei walked up to it and put the sword inside the slot kneeling. Gregor came to him and put his hand on Sergei's head while Issac stood in the back watching. Blood came down through trenches leading from the coffins that came down to the sword. Energy began to fill Sergei and wings began forming on his back and Gregor put five rings on Sergei's left hand and four on the other keeping one for himself. Sergei stood and released his large brilliant bat wings and stood, he was now an ancient and master of the castle."Do not worry grand father, I will give these only to the people I can trust, and I will start by giving this one on my left hand to Issac as is our family tradition."Sergei put the ring on Issac who let a tear fall, how proud he was of Sergei, and how happy he was that the family was together again. He gave Sergei a bear hug and picked him up with Sergei laughing to the throne room and set him down. Sergei smiled and began writing orders for the day while Gregor and Issac wandered off to do other things.

((I'm going to assume Sergei brought Gregory along.))
Gregory watched the ceremony, grinning. He didn't want to be rude and say anything, so he kept back and observed. Whatever path Sergei decided to take, he would follow. Gregory had decided this the day Sergei departed for Germany. Besides, he was an outcast now that he was a Hybrid and admired the fact that Sergei would remain neutral.

Gregory hovered just outside the throne room, uncertain about entering.

Sergei opened his arms and light poured in from the ceiling through large stain glass windows. Sergei was wearing his usual outfit but it seemed more, dare I say, good."Gregory, come to me, I have a present for you."Sergei took off a ring that fitted itself to Gregory's finger size as he did so. It was black and purple and he thought it would be perfect for his surrogate son.

Gregory smiled, examining the ring. "What does it mean, sir?" He wondering, voice taking a tone of curiosity. He knew that if it brought a tear to a Lycan such as Issac, it must be something very important and something honorable to recieve.

Sergei smiled a fatherly smile, he mussed Gregory's hair before speaking. "I guess it means a little something different for each person. For some it is mainly for the power it poses' but for most it is the honor that comes with keeping a part of their master's soul. Each of these rings are bound to me through my immortal soul that was given to me by the arch vampires of our family. Right now there are five so we only have ten rings, five rings on one hand, five arch vampires. My grandfather gave me the rings which means that he now serves me and his soul will stay with the arch ones and I am leader of this castle. It is all a bit complex but the ring will explain it all to you, and give you great power in times of need. Issac was once my grandfather's best friend and body guard, without Vicente's knowledge of course, and has been a part of our family ever sense, he never had a family being a Lycan born in a time when all the other Lycans were savage. That is why he was emotional, I could tell from your expression that you were wondering about something and I guessed that was it."Sergei clapped and a butler appeared with a glass of blood wine and Sergei took it and thanked the butler before sipping it.

"Thank you, Lord Sergei. It's an honor to recieve such a gift and I'll cherish it." He smiled an actually smile. Having never recieved a gift beside the sword, it was odd, but made him very joyous. "I'll gladly serve you in anyway I can and hope to live up to your expectations."

Sergei took a sip of the blood wine and kept smiling as he looked down at Gregory."Now there is one last thing I need you to do before you go to sleep Gregory, please cut your arm and deposit your blood where the sword is inside the shrine, then you will officially become a member of the family and I will accept you as my son and you will get a very nice room in the spire. Oh and you will gain the abilities of the ring which will let you teleport around the castle, a fun thing I assure you."Sergei vanished and reappeared in his room to sleep, and would most likely do it before Gregory.

((Oh, how will I survive without you? *falls dramatically* rofl ))
Gregory nodded, then exited towards the shrine. As he entered, he examined his surroundings, studying each and every coffin before walking foreword. Pulling out the Italian sword he made a clean incision across his left arm, watching as the crimson liquid pooled. Then, tilting his arm he watched as the blood ran down and to the sword. "It is done, Sergei." He said aloud, keeping an eye on the ring.

Gregory walked along the edges of the castle's walls, having no problem with balancing himself. He had a terrible urge to fight, he wanted to see if his new technique worked, but he didn't want to go against Sergei's neutrality. Gregory sighed, sitting down and letting his feet dangle over the edge, deep in thought.

as a cat sized black dragon she pulled herself over onto the wall, her realy long tail curling around an out croping of stone as she looked around. her scales were black, but her wings and claws were purple so she had to be carful. she looked around carfuly, the spoted a sword on the ground. darting to it, she slid it threw her collar and tugged, trying to slice the collar's leather. she let out an irritated breath, small bubbles floating away as she sat down. it was useless. the collar would stay on then.. and next time Death wanted a bargoning chip.. she would be it. she flew onto the wall again, not seeing anyone else on it, and just sat there. her tail curled around herself as she layed down, her head on her claw's, to watch the view. she would keep looking. surely something in this place would break her binding to Death.

Gregory spotted the strange creature and looked on, curious. "Is that a-cat?" He thought aloud, carefully and quietly approaching the creature. The closer he got, the closer he realized that it wasn't a cat. "A dragon." Still, keeping his balance, he kneeled a safe distance away and smile. "Hello. Something I can help you with?"

her head snaped around and she lost her balance, takeing a rough fall backwards to the grounds below. she made a low rumbleing noise as she shook the stone and dirt off, to startled to think about running. she looked back up on the wall and had a momentary hesitance. she had been told to stay.. but surely a child wouldnt tell on her? would it? she was still young for a dragon. to them she was still just a cub, and she was very curuise.
she climbed back up onto the wall, her black scales soundlessly slideing over the stone. she moved until she was right next to the boy, then angled her head elegantly away from her neck to show him the collar. makeing a low growling noise, she tugged at it with her claw.
