Well, I play electric guitar. I only have one, because I'm poor haha. I've had it for years, and I love it. I call it the Lady Macbeth. I'm not that good with it, however. I can play Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd, Heartbreaker by Led Zeppelin, and the intro of N.I.B. by Black Sabbath. Oh yeah, and The Nightmare's Beginning, Vincent's theme from FFVII. I think that's about it. I used to have an ocarina, which I played quite frequently. It was a gift from my sister, and one of my most beloved possessions...But...It broke crying I couldn't ever dream of replacing it, so I keep the broken pieces locked away somewhere safe in hopes that I can get it repaired someday.
But yeah, the only "instrument" I play all of the time is my voicebox hehehe. Too bad my singing voice is HORRIBLE. At least, in my opinion.

Lol Banshee, what were you like when you first started, did you getfrustrated with the chords and stuff. I swear to god my fingers are too small to reach the strings, it irritates me.
Rea: Yeah, james has a few sogs up on youtube, have you seen em? What songs can u do on the Ocarina?
Lavvy: Your awsome Lavvy! Is the violin hard? my freind lizzy used to play i just loved the sound of it but never reeally got into the classical intruments.

Hehe, well, I have unnaturally long fingers, so it's not really that big of a problem for me. I must admit though, when I first started out, I was just plain lost. I kinda still am sometimes. I just take it slowly, ya know, he trips first that runs the fastest and all that jazz. It's the best to just learn what pace works best for you and just go from there. At least, that's what I've figured. But I'd say it's better to hear advice from a professional xd

I play guitar . . . hero! XDDD Gotta love that game.
Anywho, I pretty much gave up on instruments because I don't have the breath for wind instruments and my fingers are waaaaaay to small for any string instruments. I was traumatized by violin in the fifth grade. They couldn't find one small enough! So I just got whatever one and had to deal with it. XD
I wish I could play ocarina. D:

Well, see, you don't necessarily have to have great lung capacity to play an ocarina, since you blow through it softly. It's fairly easy to learn. I learned about three songs on the same day I got mine. Which was a good thing, since my cousins wouldn't leave me alone until I played them a christmas song hehe.

Wow, I just now found out this thread is here. eek
Anyways, I have played the baretone ( the spelling might be wrong, I will fix it later. When I look at one of my music books, that has the name of the instrument on it.) for almost 4 years. It would have been four years, but I had to quite band ( Which is why I played the instrument.) in January, when I moved to Unico ( Warning: spelling might be wrong) County, TN. However now that I am at Johnson City, I go to Science Hill High School and I am going to do marching band, so I will be playing agian.

Haha no, I wouldn't have been able to afford one. But my sister knew I'm a huge Zelda fanatic, so she got it for me as a christmas present. I was mad at first cause I don't like people spending money on me, but it also made me so happy, cause it was the best gift anyone had given me. That was an awesome christmas ^_^
