Holy CRAP! I just got back from my dad's house for Christmas and he got me tickets to see The Producers! ON TUESDAY! whee
I'm so freakin' excited! This will be like, the second show I've ever seen, so I can't wait.
Any advice on what to brace myself for? Cause P.S., my dad's a little bit of a tightwad.
EEEEH! I'm so excited! *dances*

yay!- but as a note to everyone can we please keep "christmas" threads to a minimum- DispatchNA made a christmas thread where all of this can go. I'd hate to have 100 threads about what each person got...

That is so cool. For Christmas my mom got my family tickets to see a The Lion King... in May. Patience is a virtue, I guess.

eek I would LOVE to see The Lion King. It has unfortunately already come and gone from our sleepy little patch of flyover ground and will probably not be back for a good couple of years. But like you say, patience is a virtue. And so is going to New York and paying out your a** for tickets! whee
Holy crap, it took me a week to come back and report about it, but that was....a work of genius. Mind you, RENT is still my favorite, but....wow. I was crying laughing, especially during the Little Old Lady land scene. There was a wonderful choreographed number with walkers. You had to see it. And Springtime for Hitler....was as rediculous as to be expected. Absolutely beautiful. I loved it.
