He may not have been Peter Lorry (who was, in my opinion, the best villian actor yet), but he was in the amorphous list of top 2-8.

There's just something about the way he played Headley Lamarr and Dr. Montegue that screams "I'm the live version of Snydely Whiplash," and Snydely is a pretty classic villain.
