 Alone in the vast sea of grass and flowers, a stallion who seemed better suited to a forest then grassland, moved easily. His eyes were dull, rather depressed as of late, his coat, white and black, shineing in the sun as his bright green mane swam in the breeze. The horn that doned his head flashed once in a while as the sun hit it just right. He sighed once more. How long had he been traveling? Alone. An entire forest destroyed, so many flowers and trees...And the butterflies! He sighed again. All gone. Well... He looked up and around. This was a new place...perhaps...

 Currently in his shrunk down form, Rishi fluttered wildly through the tall grass as he chased after a pair of butterflies. He was of course larger then them even in his smallest form but that wasn't going to stop him from making friends with them. Huffing lightly as he lost sight of the pair, Rishi slowly started to buzz his way around mindlessly trying to think of something else to do.
Fluttering over to a flower the stallion sniffed it before a moment before starting to chew on the petals. Finished with the flowe and once again bored Rishi fluttered upwards above the tall grass to look around for something else to do.

Rifera glanced up as a butterfly pair fly past him. He watched them, a smile coming to his face. It was a sad smile, however. "I wonder if any of them made it..." He said softly, sadly.
His eyes traveled to the grass and flowers once more. Suddenly somthing larger then the butterflies, but much smaller then anything else caught his eye. There was only one thing it could be. "A fluttery one!" He exclaimed before he could help himself. "Hello there!" He called. His eyes stayed locked on the flutter, least he lose him. A little stallion flutter. Unlike any he had seen before. Joy began to seep back in.

Blinking Rishi danced a small circle in the air before laying eyes on the other stallion. Humming softly he fluttered closer to the other so he could be heard. "Hi" Yelling so his voice would be heard, Rishi smiled lightly.
Fluttering closer Rishi moved to land on the other stallions head right about the other's horn. From here he wouldn't have to yell and the other couldn't harm him if it came to that. Settling down the stallion smiled softly care full not to bother the other stallion with his hooves.

"Why hello there." Rifera smiled, looking up at the little stallion. "You have such pretty wings. What is your name?" he asked softly, knowing from experience he could easily hurt the little flutter's ears if he spoke to loudly.
Happyness began to fill him again simply from speaking to this little flutter. And a handsome stallion at that. "Are you alone?" He questioned. He didn't see any others, but one never knew if they were hiding from fear, being as he was much larger then they.

" I'm Rishi... Yeah I don't know any other flutters." Tilting his head slightly Rishi turned abit so he could more easily talk to the other stallion. " I was trying to catch up with a pair of butterflies when they got away from me. So I stopped to nibble on a flower while Admon's not around."
Flattening his wings out on either side of himself the flutter tried to hold still but he soon found himself gently dancing around ontop of the other stallion. " I know others really their just not flutters well Admon is half flutter but he doesn't have any wings and Nacio Admon's dad but he lives with another two legger."

"I am Rifera. It is a pleasure, Rishi." He said. He smiled, laughing softly, as they other danced about him. "That tickles, Rishi." He smiled. His eyes followed the little flutter stallion. "All alone? You don't know any other flutters? Why that must not be vary fun. i used to know alot of flutters but..." He trailed off, his ears lowering saddly. "They..." He sighed softly. "No, its to sad a tale." He smiled sadly at Rishi. "But it is a pleasure, really, and it is so nice to see a flutter once more. I was wondering where you all were." He smiled. "I hope to meet more flutters, Perhaps we could find some more."
No part of his mind thought anything he said was odd. It was just his natural nature to be welcomeing to a flutter. And such a cute little stallion!

"There are alot of flutters here my two-legger was telling me. They...the two leggers were having a bit spring celebration and when they did a bunch of butterfly flutters like me came and got homes with the two-leggers." Nodding slightly as he danced around Rifera's horn so he could look the other stallion in the eye. " You look like a tree, whats it like looking like a tree do you blend in to the forest and get lost?"

"Not at all. But it used to be vary good at hide and seek. It drew a lot of little flutters like yourself to me as well. THey would all come and say i looked like a tree and then they would try and hide in my hair." He smiled. "The little ones loved to play around." He glanced around, not moving his head. "Do you have a protector, little Rishi?"

Blinking Rishi danced back to his orginal spot. " No I didn't know I would need one. Do I need one? " Dancing down Rifera's back, Rishi laid himself on the unicorn behind. " I like the way you look tree's are cool so are flowers " Glancing around Rishi nodded a bit. "everything is cool"

He smiled softly. "Well i suppose not, but it is nice, and helpful for you. If you have a protector, a larger Soquili, you don't have to worry about a lot of things. Like being stepped on, getting tired on long trips. You'll always have somone there to protect you."

Blinking Rishi tilted his head to the side once again. " Oh I've never thought of it like that before. Having some one to come with me on trips would be nice. I've learned not to land to low or on the ground when bigger soquili are around."

Rifera smiled at the small flutter. "See, it could be benifical to you. Would you like a guardien?" he asked. "I would be happy to protect you. Even if you got a family." he smiled lightly. "A cute little mare and some little flutter foals. Whatever you needed, i'd love to help."

Blushing Rishi shook his mane out trying to hid his eyes. " I'm not sure foals will be quite yet. I haven't even met a mare yet but for my herd sister." Smiling softly he moved to he look Rifera in the eyes. " I have met not that many soquili but I would like none of them to protect me better than you Rif"

Chuckling at Rishi's blush the larger stallion blinked and looked away in an attempt to hide his own blush. "Well then i could be glad to offer you my protection, little Rishi." He said.
