As you may or may not have noticed...the guild is relatively small. Once upon a time, there were many more members. However, people stopped visiting/posting and the guild slowly began to die. So, threads were cleared, inactive members banned, and then some remodeling...
Long story short, the guild is minus members it once had. So, I'll be awarding gold to those who go out and get people to send a join request! That's right, GOLD!
All you have to do is have the person you're recruiting mention your username in their join request. Nothing to it right?
500 gold will be given out to each recruit you bring in. (hopefully it won't be an issue, but if it does, gold will only be awarded if the recruit is active...in which case I might possibly offer more gold)
While numbers are impressive to show off, I'd much prefer quality. You know, literate members...people who don't swear all the time The guild will be a much happier place.
