M'kay. Very conservational and sometimes very emotional subject but I want to know how many people have been molested or sexually abused or in some cases are being sexually abused. I dunno. I guess I've always wanted to know.

I have been sexually harassed (to an extreme) but I haven't been "molested", and I know there is a big difference. A few of my friends have been molested however and one of my friends is a rape victim. It is a serious problem now a days. :[

It is a problem. I have neve known someone who was molested, or sexualy abused/harrased. Thank God for that.There shouldn't be any abuse at all. Its sad, the society these days. I mean people getting sexualy abused, molested, Sexualy harrased, just abuse. Its terrible!

A kid at my school gets suspended for sexually harassing girls. He attacks any girl who can't beat the beep out of him. He really should be expelled. He gets suspended almost every other week... >.>
One of my closest friends was raped and sexually harassed/abused. I've almost been molested by the guy I was talking about above ^, but I kicked him allot and ran away.

It's really sad how low society has sunk. When I was 7 or 8, I could stay outside all day and then come home at 10 that night. Now I won't go alone around my neighborhood in broad daylight because I'm scared someone will try to abduct me. I think its horrible and sad. Even the most "safe" neighborhoods are being plagued by robberies and abductions. Nowadays you go to a party you have to worry whether someone has slipped a date rape drug in your drink. They tell you not to leave your drink, to never accept drinks from strangers. It's just plain scary now. I'd hate to see the world my children have to live in when I get older.

I have a very close friend who has been harassed. She reported it and the guy was given a warning. That's right, a warning. Sickens me.

I have a friend who was molested as a child.It was a long time ago and I beleive it doesn't really affect her right now...or if it does,she is extremely good at hiding it.

She could just believe that it doesn't affect her when it does. I was. But I was really young, and I don't think it really affected me, either. It was a stupid mistake between two children, and no one could REALLY be faulted. I don't think I came out with real negative effects, but my friends all think I'm very weird when it comes to sexuality now. Now that I'm adverse to it or anything, but more like I have a distance most people can't achieve. I don't know.

A couple friends of mine have been molested, though it was quite a few years ago. Actually, I used to live in some rather shady areas, and I think the only reason no one tried to get me is because...well...I look dangerous, I mean, who wants to take on the 6'0 kid that wears black and looks like he has knife in his pocket? I don't, actually, I've never used a dangerous weapon in my life, but they don't need to know that.

I was like 10 when my next door neighbor, a friend of mine, tried to get something outta me. It was really scary, but 10 year old minds work wierdly, and I managed to get away.
They didn't even believe me, though.
I was really upset. My parents were skeptical, my brother doesn't even believe anything CLOSE to it happened.
My sister kinda believes me, I guess...
