*High-Level Monsters: What you run is preference, but I recommend cutting out 1 Dark Magician or Cybernetic Magician

*Low-Level Monsters: Herald of Creation, don't bother with. Skilled Dark Magician can special summon Dark Magician from the grave as well, so just focus on him. Sage of Silence isn't worth it. 1400 ATK will not get you a kill. Unhappy Maiden, Royal Magical Library, Mythical Beast Cerberus, and White Magician Pikeru are okay, but not solid. That much is preference, so long as you can buy time with them. I recommend Kycoo, he is an amazing spellcaster. Also, it wouldn't hurt putting in a Sangan to get something you need.

*Spells: Bait Doll and Monster Recovery aren't worth it. Skilled Dark Magician will get Dark Magician on the field, and if you play Monster Recovery with Dark Magician of Chaos as the field monster you choose he's going out of play. He should be powerful enough to stay on the field once summoned, if he leaves it's best to just move on to the next plan.

*Traps: Draining Shields are nice, for burn stall. You should get some Sakuretsu's. Ordeal of a Traveler isn't worth it, since 75% of the time it will be a monster. ELIMINATE THE POSSIBILITY OF NEEDLE WALL FROM YOUR MIND!!! Needle Ceiling is a guarantee hit, and hits harder. The only thing you should be thinking of replacing it with are Mirror Force and/or Torrential Tribute.
