Eveline sat down on the weathered bench, tired eyes gazing out at the landscape. With a breathy sigh she patted her Symphony's head, blond curls bouncing from the loving tap. The wind was chilled but considerably warmer than it had been these past two weeks and the seasons showed signs of warming up which allow for plenty of Renovation time for the Mansion. Hopes ran as high as optimism at this point yet tempers did seem to grow thin. Eveline couldn't handle being cooped up in the mansion's safe area all day, Cassi had a knack for grating on the nerves, and Lynet kept staring out the window in awe and yearning. A simple walk down to the nearby park would do both of them some good. Not to mention the young girl seemed to be driven by fresh air and the nature around her.
Lynet looked down at her warm boots and couldn't help but feel trapped within the warm clothing. Thick leggings and a long overcoat of deep forest green warded away the cold air but restricted the movement of the girl. At least Eveline had taken the time to cut slits for Lynet's tiny wings in the coats back, the green feathered limbs flapped happily as she wandered further away from the bench, to a sapling tree.
She spun back around, looking at Eveline with a sparkle in her bright green eyes, and shouted, "Look mummy! It's a baby tree!"

Tanz wasn’t happy.
Shiri was still working and wouldn’t be out for a while now. Holding Monkey tighter Tanz ignored the people in the park as he stomped down the gravel path. The air was a bit chilly but Tanz had taken Shiri’s jacket before he ran out of the café. It was way too big for the Symphony, going down to his knees, but it was warm and reminded Tanz of Shiri.
Tanz sniffled as he glanced at the newly planted tree’s Neil talked about last week when they walked by the park on the way to work. Tanz almost walked right by him but he stopped himself short. A little blond girl with wings was running up to the little plants.
His feet taking the direction all on there own Tanz walked up to the little girl and asked, “Are you an green angel?”

Lynet's fluttering around the tiny sapling stopped at being addressed. She whipped around, eyes wide with surprise, and assessed the situation as much as her young brain could. The symphony bit her lip, casting her eyes nervously at the boy before her and couldn't help but feel slightly at ease. The other boy reminded her of Cole, only with more color about him in dress and in spirit. She gave a small smile, hands splaying together in front of her and tilted her head to the side with simple curiosity. "What's a green angel?" her small voice asked. She looked about the boy, attempting to find his guardian. She had Eveline, and the boy looked about her age, far too young to be tramping about alone.
"Where's your mummy?" She asked, voice crowning with worry. "There are bad people out there. My mummy told me so."
She paused, finding herself rude and gave a simple and small curtsy to the boy. " 'M sorry." A blush took over her freckled cheeks and Lynet diverted her attention to her boots. "My name is Lynet Rose. My mum is over there." She said, pointing to the very tired looking Eveline.

Tanz stared at the little girl as he hugged Monkey closer in one hand while he let the other one drop in the larger coat sleeve. He didn’t want to cry in front of an angel after all.
”An green angel is a person who helps plants grow with their green wings.” Tanz said nodding to himself. Even if this little girl wasn’t an angel, he would still refer to her as one. He always remembers the first impressions people give him.
Tanz blinked as his eyes watered. ”I don’t have a mommy. I only have Shiri and he is too busy to play with me.” Tanz stared off towards the café he left earlier. “He makes people food and sometimes lets me help when it isn’t too dangerous.”
“m’ Tanz and this is Monkey.” Tanz held the stuffed Monkey out to the little angel, Lynet, so she could see it. “It’s nice to meet you Angel Lynet.” He added after he remembered what Shiri told him to do when he met people he liked.
What are you doing here? It’s lunch time.” Tanz said bitterly as he remembered why he came to the park in the first place.

Lynet curtsied once more at the introduction to the monkey plush and smiled in a friendly fashion. She paused and pondered on the thought of a 'Green Angel' before looking towards Tanz, assessing him. "If I'm an Angel, then are you the one who protects my plants? I think you are. You look... noble." Lynet formed the funny word awkwardly, noble sounding more like the prize and less like the adjective. A small twitch of the wings allowed her to relax, toes flexing in her thick boots.
"I feel more like a marshmallow than an Angel." She muttered, indicating the warm clothing, jacket, and boots. She wiggled around within her cocoon of warmth, her scarf wrapping awkwardly around her neck.
"Wait. Tanz, doesn't have a mummy?" Her eyes misted slightly at the thought of not having Eveline to take care of her. A small pout formed and she took off her scarf, wrapping it around Tanz before giving a triumphant smile. "I'll help Mr. Shiri be your mummy, then. He can cook the food, my Mummy will make Tea and you can make me not be a marshmallow and we can play together!" The ideas formulated so quickly. She ignored the question about the diner haphazardly and grabbed Tanz's arm, hurriedly pulling him towards Eveline.
"My mummy has samiches if we're hungry. Are you hungry, Tanz?" Lynet chirped, her wings flitting as if in flight as she quickly toddled over to Eveline.
"Oh my." Eveline said as she regarded her charge and new friend in tow. So young and she's already trying to steal people into her fantasies.

Tanz smiled and wiped his eyes. If he had to be a protector, then he needed to be strong for his Angel. Nobody wanted a crybaby to help them.
Tanz’s eyes lit up as Lynet gave him her scarf. It smelled like leaves and walnuts. Holding onto it tightly as his Angel took his hand Tanz knew that his bad mood was completely ruined.
Glancing down at his clothing Tanz blinked. “I’ll trade with you.” He looked to Lynet. “I don’t want my Angel feeling like a marshmallow when she should be saving trees and plants and stuffs. And your dress is really pretty.” Tanz blushed as he imagined what it would be like to have a playmate. The only people that he was around were all grown ups and at home it was always too early or too late to do anything fun.
“Shiri’s really good at making cakes. He likes buildings.” Tanz mumbled with a smile on his face. He was so hungry he could eat a chair. A chair as big as the one in his room. Huge.
Tanz smiled up at Lynet’s mommy. “Can I eat lunch with you?” Tanz asked quietly he wanted nothing more then to throw himself down and be with Lynet, but he wouldn’t be mean to her mommy if she didn’t want him to be there.
A large growl startled Tanz as he looked down at his toes blushing. “Mmm hungry. Tummy told me so.”
