They dubbed Power Rangers in Japanese. neutral Power Rangers was adapted from a Japanese show originally, only there was some recasting and editing to put white people in the show when there didn't have the costumes on.
Basically, it was a Japanese show, then adapted from that was an American show, and that was dubbed in Japanese.
You'd think they'd have better things to do. talk2hand
