With a semi-custom, you are allowed to pick certain things about your student, and the artist will have liberty with the rest.

You may choose:
-the gender of your student.
-the starting power of your student.
-three things you want for the character (particular hair style, skin color, piece of clothing, etc.)
-three things you do NOT want to see on your character.

You have full control over everything about the student, to a certain extent. They are HUMAN only. No mutations, wings, etc. This takes place in our own reality so lets not butcher it, shall we? Also, your student can still only have one power to start. More than one power is almost an impossibility unless you manage an insane bribe.
