I was listening to the radio driving and stuff. Anyway...

They said Al Davis sent Lane Kiffin a letter asking him to resign. This coming from ESPN's Chris Mortensen. Anyway, Kiffin refused.

I can see why Davis wants Kiffin removed. Kiffin does things Davis doesn't like. I heard Kiffin put his name up for the Akansas job while under contract. Just a rumor... That would be a breach in the contract. Then there was the debacle with Rex Ryan. Kiffin wanted him fired, Davis wants to keep him. Then... There was the JaMarcus Russell thing. I'm sure Kiffin wanted him before the start of training camp, but management couldn't sign him. That left Russell sidelined for the whole season. Davis wants him in, but Russell is clearly not ready. And who's fault is that really...?

Wins. Gogo Lane Kiffin. Show the man. XD

why would you want to get rid of him i mean he made an improvment of that team then the last year with stuggling QBs on again and off again running backs and still had a better record i think that takes major skills.

Kiffin had made the Raiders win twice as many games this season, than last season (from 2 to 4) rofl

Anyways, Lane Kiffin improved the run game a whole lot in his season for Oakland. He should get to brew Jamarcus Russel more and more over the years if he stays. He also worked well with their secondary.

But the Raiders' flaws all have to do with bad moves by their GM over the past few years. They need receivers (not to mention letting go of Moss who had a record season...), and much better offensive line, and a solid middle linebacker.

...The Raiders are 19-71 or something, since their last Super Bowl appearance.

okay u got the wrong person.it wasnt Rex Ryan that Kiffin wanted fired.it was Rob Ryan, his brother.Rex Ryan was the defensive coordinator of the Ravens.im not sure if hes still there but it would be nice if we got him but i dont think the Raiders are gettin rid of Rob Ryan.i think we should just kick Al Davis outta the Raiders organization knowing that im a Raider myself.its all his fault.i heard that a candidate for the head coaching job was Dennis Green.im pretty sure he coached the Cardinals before.i like Lane Kiffin better than him.Lane has made the Raiders improve.yeah they won 2 games more than the season before but we still improved.we scored more offensive touchdowns.but the defense sucked this year tohugh.the D-line sucked but it was good ;ast year.Nnamdi Asomugha wasnt very productive.the only people on the Raiders defense that did something was Kirk Morrison and Thomas Howard but they still need to improve.i also heard that the Lions might release or trade Shaun Rogers.i think he would be a great addition to this defensive line knowing we dont have Warren Sapp anymore.if were lucky enough we can get Alan Faneca if he isnt resigned by the Steelers.i wanna get rid of Robert Gallery cuz he just ******** sucks.we got him at the 2nd overall pick in the 2004 draft i think.i dont know who else was in that draft but i know we coulda got someone better.someone useful.this offseason we better focus on getting better players in the draft and FA.oh yeah and ive been hearin that the Raiders should get or might get Darren McFadden in the draft.i dont think we should.hes really good and all but we have enough running backs.LaMont Jordan,Dominic Rhodes, and Michael Bush.im not sure if the Raiders are gonna resign Justin Fargas.i dont think we should though cuz he can get injured easily.this season he was lucky for him but i dont think the Raiders should rely on him to be the starter.if we do get Darren McFadden, get rid of Lamont Jordan.trade him for a draft pick or something.he is a good RB but he also gets hurt.i believe in Dominic Rhodes the most and i havent seen Michael Bush play yet but i expect a lot from him.and about this QB thing.we should keep Daunte Culpepper for another year so he can teach Jamarcus Russell.we should get rid of Andrew Walters.he sucks too.khe doesnt have an arm at all.and we need a deep threat WR.i hope we get Bernard Berrian since hes becoming a FA unless the Bears resign him but i dont think they are.
