It's been a while since we had an update, huh?
Well we prepared a HUGE FREE update for you guys. This involved a lot of work from Luna, Raine and myself. Be sure to drop at the guild to leave them a thank you.
I leave the most important update for the end 3nodding


Feed/Chat Layout
We designed a completely different layout for our pets. It was designed for 1024x768 but don't you worry people with lower resolutions, we created a layout for you too. I believe you will all like the new layout, it's pretty awesome! Click your pets and see!

Three top10
From now on we will have three different top10:
- Most fed pets - Lists the pets that were fed more times
- Happiest pets - Lists the happiest pets
- Best pets - Lists the pets whose total fed times + happiness points are the highest!
In every feed page it shows a random top10 every time you click it! ^_^

New happiness System
Well, for a start every pet had their happiness reseted:
- Feedable pets: 1 happiness
- Breedable pets: 11 happiness
From now on the ways you gain and, specially, lose happiness are different.
Ways to get Happiness points:
- Successfully feeding: +1 Happiness
- Upgrading the pet: +10 Happiness
- Marrying a pet: +100 Happiness
Ways to lose Happiness:
- Letting him starve (empty feed bar): -1 Happiness / hour
- Forced evolution/de-evolution: -50 Happiness
- Gender change: -20 Happiness
- Divorce: -100 Happiness
- Changing username (Changing Gaia username): -10 HP
- Changing owner (New Gaia Owner): -200 Happiness
You can even have Negative amounts of Happiness points, so take care of your pets!

We have deleted all the usernames and messages in the chatboxes. We apologize for this but it was unavoidable. If you are a pet owner: THE LOGIN FOR THE SITE IS THE SAME FOR THE CHAT BOXES. What are you waiting for? CHECK THIS THREAD TO GET A FREE ACCOUNT
For everyone else you will have to register again. Sorry sad

Okay it was a little longer than what I've expected but I believe we are going to do our last maintenance before releasing our surprise. It shouldn't take more than 1-2 hours.

In about 1 hour all pets will be offline for maintenance. The time they will be offline is unknown but shouldn't last more than a couple of HOURS.

After maintenance all chat messages will be deleted. All non-owner users will be deleted (sorry sad please re-register!!).

We are sorry for the trouble and asure you that it will be worth it.

I am doing some changes in the database in order to increase it's efficiency. For that I need to change the pet's code.

It should not take more than 1-2 hours.

It's possible that bugs exist afterwards and I will apreciate if you come to this thread and report them 3nodding

I was planing a surprise for today but unfortunely we were not able to do all the job today. Luna got home at 9 PM from work and stayed here until mid-night. We lacked on time. But i'm pretty sure tomorrow it will all be ready!
