I'd say Josh. He was nearby and there is a chance that he has seen them.

Well it seems everyone's settled on three different possible scenarios.

From what I've put together, and I'm sure everyone else has thought of this too, Charles knows that Josh has a secret crush on Metis. At least I am assuming he does, since the time when he was distracted when Charles got real close to Metis. This would also explain why Josh keeps asking for Charles, he probably talks to Charles about Metis.

So, of course, upon seeing there kiss, Josh gets mad, figuring Charles was either trying to take Metis for himself, or doing it intentionally to piss him off.

Then there's the Jay scenario. It could be him as well, but I can only think of two reasons. Either he likes Metis or Charles, and was upset when they kissed. Or he knew what Charles was doing and was trying to stop him.

And lastly the "random partygoer" scenario could work too... I mean, if some straight jock saw too emo guys making out at a party, he'd probably try to beat them up. Let's just hope that if this is the scenario, neither of them do get beat up.

I am placing my money with the Josh scenario though.
