Have any of you ever cosplayed as a character from Detective Conan or Magic Kaitou? If you have pics or fun memories, share them!

I'm going to an anime con in January with some friends and we're cosplaying as DCMK characters. I'm still working on my costume though (it's the most complicated probably)- I'm going as Kaitou KID. Does any body have suggestions for the costume? I'm having trouble especially with the cape and monocle.

heh... I thought about doing an Ayumi or Sonoko cosplay... there have been characters from other shows that I've found the project more interesting, though, so I haven't done it yet

anyway, one year we saw someone actually cosplaying as Conan... I don't remember where that picture got stored, though sweatdrop it's always fun to see the less-common choices ^_^

it's pretty fun... the first one I did was Tsubame, from Rurouni Kenshin, then the following year I didn't end up being ready in time... the the next one was Sheska, from FMA, then Yomiko from ROD, and this past summer was Tsukasa, from .hack//SIGN.... for next summer, I chose Miyuki from Lucky Star
