The defensive attitude of the boy scouts ("its about the troops, not the war") indicates that even they realize that a pro-war political message in the middle of a voting booth would be inappropriate. It doesn't matter that a pro war message wasn't their intent. The election commission could not take the chance, especially after someone complained.

yeah which is why they did not have a pro-war political message in the middle of a voting booth. what is the election commision afraid that someone is going to get offended by boy scouts collecting donations for troops that don't want to be in Iraq in the first place?
