It had rained recently, or at least their was a sent of rain that lingered in the air. Along with the squishy mud beneath his paws. It was about mid day, yet it seemed rather dark from all the clouds above. They threatened rain upon him, though he paid no attention. A little rain wasn't going to scare him. He carefully stepped over puddles that had been left behind from a days rain.
He bobbed his tail back and forth as he kept his eyes on the ground. He didn't want to accidentally step into a muddy puddle. Even though he was all brown, he didn't like how the mud dried up and made his fur clumpy. It was also hard to get out.

Rain... Rain was good. Growth was good. Mud... Was simply FUN. Nono would be laughing at her later, gently scolding, as he helped to remove the traces of earth from her coat, wings, and tail. Most of the scolding would be durring the tail bits. But for all the fun she'd had, Kuray thought it was worth it.
Coated head to foot, the Ucolian looked like nothing short of a chocolate coated Jokoa. Maybe with some cream filling, what with the white bits showing though. Cherry cream filling.
With a laugh, she bounded into another muddy bit, splashing the brown liquid with bits of nature everywhere. "One, Two, I'm comin' for you. Three, Four, Gonna tangle your fur...." Much like hopscotch, a new puddle was jumped in on each given number. Quickly, she was adding another layer to her brown shell.

A noise brought his attention away from the puddles. He stopped just a few inches from another puddle. He was completely still as he scanned for where the noise had came from. Though, instead of seeing what he though, he saw a creature drenched in mud and water.
Curious, he watched it for a moment trying to figure out what it actually was. Most likely a Ulaya, but still, it was rather interesting to find out what it was. He took a step towards the muddy thing, forgetting there was a puddle in front of him. A soft splash happened, though it wasn't what he was worried about. The slimy feeling of mud slipped in between his toes. Quickly lifting up, he shook his paw. "Disgusting" He said.

Midpounce, Nuray froze, semmingly hanging suspended in midair in a comical way before falling to the ground in an undignified whump. "Excuse me?" she quipped, a crease furrowing between her eyes and causing some of the dried mud to flake and fall off.
Moving to a sitting position, Nuray tried looking as dignified and regal as possible, even as covered in earth as she was. "What did you call me, Sir?" Dark eyes narrowed, she stared at the Ulaya before her and waited for a response. Her? Disgusting? Never!

Great, not what he wanted the other to hear. Now realizing it was a female Ulaya. "No... No.. I didn't mean you. " He paused for a second, now looking up from his paw. "I just stepped in mud." He said. Well, of course, she'd probably laugh at him since she obviously liked it. He raised an eye brow.
He wanted to laugh at the fact of what he said. Perhaps he should have kept it in his head. He suppressed a chuckle. "I'm sorry if I made you think I was talking to you."

The expressions that flickered across his face as he tried to make whatever amends he thought were owed made Nuray laugh a little bit deep inside. "That's okay," she said, expression softening as she moved a little closer, taking care not to splash him with any more of the 'disgusting' stuff. "I mean, it's always better to know that someone's talking to themself and is crazy, rather than flinging insults at a stranger." With an impish smile, she sat once more, having moved only a few lengths closer.
"Mud's not for everyone. Though, since you're already slightly covered, you could keep going and get throughly coated...?" Raising her eyes skyward, Nuray fluttered her wings slightly. "With the way Nature's playing today, you're liable to have it all washed off for you before you're home and others can complain. Besides," she said with another smile, "I hear mud does wonders for your coat and skin."

"Well, I'd rather seem insane, then have someone try to kill me for a misunderstanding." He said with a small chuckle. He watched her for a moment and noticed bits of her fur were white. He raised an eye brow for a second, but let it fall back to normal.
"What? No.." He said not really surprised that she said that. "The more mud the harder to get off when it dries." He was just standing there, his paw still up in the air slightly. Water dripping off his paw.

Pausing for a moment, Nuray finally rose into a standing position. Trying to look over her shoulder and see all of herself (and spinning around a few times in the process, somewhat like a fox chasing it's tail) she stopped and sighed. "Not always true. And you can set that down, you know. Your paw. Besides, I don't kill for a missunderstanding. Much better to kill for fun." The last was said with a wicked sparkle to her eyes, before she laughed much more sweetly.
"How much of me is dry?" Nuray crinkled her nose slightly as she finally gave reason to her spinning moments before.

"How would I know if you didn't kill for a misunderstanding?" He said with a smirk and placed his paw down. "All I saw was a muddy fluff ball." He didn't laugh as he watched her go in circles. "Killing for fun, doesn't sound like a good thing." He raised an eye brow. Killing for food, was what he'd have said.
He looked at her funny as she asked him a question. "What? I don't know? Most of you?" He couldn't really tell. At least he wasn't looking hard enough to tell.

".... I was kidding," she replied with a laugh, before padding off a few paces. "Paws, mostly. I think. Tail's ruined. Needs washing. All needs washing, I suppose." Muttering everything mostly to herself, Nuray braced herself and shook. Hard. Dried mud went flying everywhere, leaving mainly her paws, which were still damp and wet, muddy.
The shaking off of the coat of mud left her white fur shining through. Clumps still clung to bits of fur and were tangled in her once silky tail. "Sorry if I hit you!" she called out to the other before shaking herself once more to see if anything else would come off then meandering back closer. "Wings are always the hardest." Looking back at them with a slight sigh, she smiled once more. "So. We match," she said, waving one of her own paws at him. "Kind of, anyways. And, in case you were wondering, the muddy fluff ball is Named Nuray."

He quickly closed his eyes. Bringing his paw and face together to hide it from any stray clumps of mud. How pleasant it was getting showered with dry mud. As soon as she was done with on wave of shakes, he shook himself to get bits that had found themselves stuck to his fur. Though, he didn't have to shake as hard. Her white fur, still seemed a bit brown. Though he could tell she had no color but white and a bit of pink from where you could see her skin.
"Nah, it's fine." He replied simply. What else could he do? Wasn't like he was going to get angry for a bit of dry mud. Maybe if it wasn't dry, he would have gotten slightly irritated. "Hakim." He said in reply as she gave her name.
