 Strolling amongst the long since forgotten ruins. Houka thinks to himself that this would be a great location to start build up an army of minions. Sensing that his sister is somewhere nearby. He looks to find a location that he can ambush her and once and for all show her that he is the more powerful of the two twins. Finding a small secluded alcove that is slightly above the trail that his sister would have to travel up. Bunkering down while trying to hide his demonic aura reassuringly knows there is no way that she's going to stop him this time.

Squinting her eyes to the bright afternoon sunlight, Hitsuka hated the sun greatly and wanted to get out of it as soon as she could. Walking down a warn dirt path through an open field she noticed a group of old ruins towering over a small patch of field, casting shade in many areas. Deciding she would relax there for some time until sunset, Hitsuka paced herself trying not to let the sun heat her up too much.
A shift in the wind and a flash of new scents wafted into her as she noticed something familiar teasing her senses. Giving a twitch of her ear she remembered the scent as her twin brother, one whom will always be a strong rival, she stopped at the ruin entrance. Scanning the area without moving her head she noticed a blur of red against a shady wall and sat down in her spot.
Hitsuka didn't like her brother much for she felt that he was always a little more stronger then her. Hitsu didn't like competition much and agreed that the world should care about her and only herself. Starting to wonder what he was up to she decided to stay where she was and keep a subtle eye on him, pruning her fur as she waited for him to break his hiding spot. Though the sun was beating on her back it was a sacrifice she was willing to make in return for showing her brother up.

Houka: Noticing that his cover was blown he took comfort in the knowledge that hitsuka was not enjoying the fact that the sun was beating down on her. Irritated by the failed chance to gain dominance over his sibling he fainted that he was going to flank around to the right of her. Circling around the alcove he slid into the small river to cover his sent as best he could. Slinking and sliding around the ruins he stops to leave a familiar sent for his sister to find. Then moved to a spot that only he could see his sister and watch what she is about to do.

Noticing a shift in her brother's scent and the movement of his red glow on the wall, Hitsu put her ears back to try and listen for maybe a sound he may leave behind. Unsure where he was at or where he was trying to move to next she reassured herself that he was more then likely trying to ambush her. Letting out a frustrated and bored snort she stood back up and walked away from the ruins, leaving at lest a 20 food birth from her path and any jumping distances he may want to get her with. Deciding she was far enough, for no creature could leap that far, she continued on her way past the old cracked building towering beside her.
Bobbing her stubby tail as she walked, Hitsu kept her gaze forward but watched the ruins for any movement closely. She didn't want to bother herself with someone so trivial as her brother and just wanted to get out of the sun. Being as he is the only reason why she can't go into the shade or quench her thirst he wasn't on her best side at the moment and figured it would probably be best if he kept his distance from her. Annoyed by the sun and the afternoon humidity, Hitsu just wanted to get the day over with and would probably attack anyone or anything that crossed her path.

Houka: Aggravated by his sister lack of interest he took this as a sign that he was the dominate on of the two. Standing shaking off the water he looked down at her and said," You should come out of the sun you stubborn fool. I know that its got to be getting to you."
Strutting out to bask in the sun light to warm his now cold body. Flopping down he stares at hitsuka wondering if she would join him. Fluttering his wings with some what of a bravo that showed he felt confident in victory over her. He closed his eyes for a small sunning.

Stopping in her tracks, Hitsuka looked over to a seemingly proud Undulcan perched up on the ruins. Rolling her eyes at his somewhat obvious stupidity she shifted her direction and made her way back towards him. Wanting to show him his place but deciding she was just too hot and tired to bother, Hitsuka walked right past him and rested on the ground next to the stream in the darkest shade she could find. Drinking from the cool liquid flowing past her she looked back over to her over zealous brother and flicked her own wing, resting it on her side.
"So why are you choosing a place like this as your hangout?" She never completely understood her brother and wasn't sure if she had the energy, or the effort, to bother with trying. "I passed so many other better places to spend my day and you choose it in the middle of the hottest field I've stepped in all week." She always made other feel downsized and degraded but that was just how she was. If it wasn't something she would have said or done then it must be a dumb idea for anyone. Letting out a sigh she continued to prune her fur, cleaning the dust that she had kicked up off from her shiny perfect pelt.

Houka:Opening his eyes just long enough to see what hitsuka was doing. He responded is a raspy kinda voice," Who would look for the soon to be master of the world in a place like this. Plus with the added bonus that you seem to disapprove of this place i find it perfect. Ill just have to go out and recruit some of the strongest meanest minions to do my bidding."
"Hopefully they will at least try to over through me at least once. That way I know that they are going to become good minions," saying with a smirk. Perking up an ear to see if this rile up his sister at all.

Hitsuka closed her eyes with complete annoyance with how much his plan wasn't thought through. She didn't see any logic in what he said and felt that he was getting more and more stupid the longer they were apart. Resting her chin on her crossed paws in front of her she began to slowly flap one of her wings, fanning the air around her for a cool breeze. It was really bothering her how he didn't think things through and how he though he was better then her, which she knew for a fact that he wasn't.
"What makes you think this is the greatest place for an overlord?" She emphasized on the overlord for she thought it was a stupid thing for him to give himself as a title. An overlord would have to earn his title and most of all she didn't know of any true overlords that didn't live in hell itself. "If nobody would go looking for you in this area then how do you plan to recruit some morons to follow you? You really are a dope, aren't you?" She wanted to give up and leave this brother of hers but the heat and sunny field surrounding the ruins kept her from moving a muscle towards this goal.

Houka:Looking at how his sibling was resting he took in what she was saying. The simple fact that it was well sheltered and had water close by was good enough for him. He really didn't want minions to find there way here so he was going to have to find the and drag them here of enslave them to his will.
"What makes you think that this isn't a good place it kinda reminds me of home with the sweltering heat. There is shelter from the rain. My minions will come here whether they want to or not," replied houka. Jumping to his feet he sprinted away from the tower like flash his jaws snapped down on an innocent little bunny flipping it in the air as he played with his food. Listening to the squeals of pain he reveled in the suffering of others.

Hitsuka was quickly growing bored of her brother's words and allowed her mind to wander, ignoring what he was saying all together. Her eyes traveled to a small white rabbit picking at a small patch of tall grass, twitching it's nose into the air as if looking for anything more tasteful to munch on. As Hitsu watched the little ball of fluff her ears went down and her eyes narrowed with a malicious smile of intent growing on her face. Thoughts of the little rabbit suffering under the afternoon heat, screaming with the rasp of air made her get rather excited.
Just as if clockwork, Houka leaped to his feat and raced after the long eared mammal, giving it a small chase before gripping it in his jaws and flinging it into the air. The screams and cries of pain only made her ears perk up for a better listen. Watching the rabbit's blood splash with her brother's bites, sending droplets all over his fur made her wish she was the one casting such pain and suffering to the innocent being. But then she remembered how annoying it was to kill creatures like that, she wanted something larger and more likely to put up a dangerous fight. She wanted to go out for a large and taskful hunt.
Ruffling her fur with the thought of digging her jaws into the flesh of her fresh dinner, Hitsuka rose in her spot and started walking towards her brother. She enjoyed hunting by herself with nothing but the scents of meat and sounds of pain in the background, but she also knew her brother would just follow her away anyway. Shaking her body she stopped only feet away from Houka and waited for him to notice her presence before speaking a word, letting him finish his fun on the small animal.

Houka:Enjoying the fact that his prey has yet to die. He let the bunny hit the ground and gave it several seconds head start before chasing it down again. A little to eager to kill the bunny he jaw crushed the fluffy animals neck paralyzing the animals. Growing extremely bored of the small mammal he looked around to see where hitsuka was.
Noticing that she was now sitting near him he wondered whether she was there with a malice intent. Knowing she would never leave the comfort of the shade for anything less he said," Is there something that you need help with." Moving cautiously to the riverbed to grab a refreshing drink of cool water he waits for a response. Wishing that the fur ball was more of a challenge.

Rolling her eyes with his stupid question she watched him walk away from the rabbit and take his place over by the flowing water. Sitting on the ground next to the fluff ball she lowered her head and dug her own jaws into it's skin and muscle, placing her paw on it's body she ripped off part of the flesh. Flicking her head into the air she threw the chunk of meat up and caught it into her mouth before chewing and swallowing it, letting the bleeding body part slide down her throat. Licking her lips she took in the flavor of the blood which only made her want to hunt even more.
Looking back over to her brother she gave another sly grin and started batting at the rest of the rabbit with her paw. "I want to hunt." That was all she said knowing that her brother would understand what her intentions were. Being with each other most of their lives they often understood what the other one was thinking or had in mind. Licking her jaws again she lowered her head for another satisfying bite, getting herself riled up for the hunt ahead.

Houka:Sniffing in the air for the smell of something to hunt down. Getting a whiff of something much larger that the now eaten bunny and headed in the direction of the smell. Looking back he said to his sister," Are you coming or you just going to wait for me to kill the boar and bring it back to you."
Moving in the direction on the forest. He didn't bother looking to see if she was following he just knew that she would be right behind him like his shadow. Several minutes into the forest he felt the need to slow down and start to stalk down his prey sniffing in the air to get a better location of his so to be dinner. knowing that they were close to the animal his heart started to beat just a little faster. His ears twitched as if he was trying to hear anything that might give away the location of food.

Hitsuka finished eating all of the flesh and intestines of the rabbit and lifted a small bone from the carcass. Picking her teeth with it she watched as her brother sniffed the air like an idiot. Dripping the twig bone back onto the ground she cleaned the blood and flesh from under her claws and listened as her brother turned and started to walk away. "He'll just mess everything up, I'm better of doing this on my own." Deciding her claws and fur was clean enough she rose to her feet and slowly walked in the opposite direction from where Houka had gone to. She knew that he wasn't going to catch anything worth while because he was too loud and unskilled at hunting when on the other hand she did it most of her peaceful and quiet days.
Finally stepping out of the sunny field and into the forest's shade, Hitsuka blinked the last of the blinding sun out of her sight and looked around the forest for any signs of prey. She didn't expect to find anything too close to the entrance but did have hopes for a footprint of even fecal left behind, leading her to an unsuspecting creature. Flicking her ear one more she flapped her wings to cool herself off some more and walked further into the forest, keeping her eyes and ears out for any sound at all.
Only seeing small squirrels and possibly another rabbit or two Hitsuka snorted in frustration. She had been so excited about digging her claws into something she can eat but that seemed rather bleak now and was becoming nothing much more then a nuisance. Wanting something to happen she stopped in her place and looked straight up at a low branch above her. Leaping up she flapped her wings to get some more height and dug her claws into the bark of the tree before pulling herself up for a better view. Scanning the scenery she tried to find something that may become a potential prey.

Houka: Crouching low to the ground houka felt an unease settle over him. Feeling that he should have seen some sign of his prey. Knowing that something was wrong he moved under a large fern he looked around for what might out there. Catching a glimps of something in the shadows. This creature was looked more like a uyala then anything he has seen before. Thinking this would be a good meal for him to eat having notice that hitsuka had decided to stay behind and wait for him to bring back food for her to eat. Following the creature that was in the shadows he realize that what ever it was had intents of hunting him down as well.
Knowing that this had to be a really stupid animal or really desperate animal. He decided he would toy with it for a little while before he moved in for the kill. Peeing on the fern that he was hiding on he started out moving away from the cat like animal. Rubbing up against a tree and moving further into the forest. With a joy of a child with a new toy he moved around with his new shadow in tail. Looking for the right place to have the fight he continues on wondering why his sibling was so lazy for she was missing out on one of the best hunts houka has ever been on.
